A first class company. Recently purchased a mirror, lovely quality, it exceeded expectations. Had a problem due to my mistake and customer services sorted that out for me . Will definitely be ordering from this company again.

Quick delivery and the sideboard is…
Quick delivery and the sideboard is really beautiful, the only negative was the amount of packaging as unfortunately there was a huge cardboard box and so much styrofoam it took me ages to break it all down, it filled 3 black bags and I was shattered.
I will be ordering an armoire next and hope that there won’t be as much packaging.

The ordering was easy enough and…
The ordering was easy enough and delivery were pretty quick, (2 days)
However the furniture wasn't the colour expected and the manufactured pre drilled holes didnt line up with the draw runners, so it had to he returned.
That process takes much longer. You have to 'request' a return via email, which takes them forever to reply then once they arrange for the courier to collect the funds go in your bank approximately a week later, after they've inspected and accepted it back
I wasn't impressed with the customer service tbh, I had to chase them to get the return accepted.
Personally I wouldn't order again due to length of time the return took.

There are several ways to arrange a return, either through our website, by email or by telephone. I’m sorry that, on this occasion, the process took longer than you expected. Our current email response time is approximately 3-5 days, which may have contributed to the delay in arranging your return, and I apologise for any inconvenience this caused.
Once an item has been received back at our warehouse, our refunds are processed within 7–10 days.

I ordered a small white table for a…
I ordered a small white table for a particular space in the room.
The table arrived, it was very pretty, well packaged and well constructed.
There were marks on the table top which I could have lived with. When I put it in the space it was much too small. I thought I had measured it wrong and checked the specifications on the order. My measurements were right but the table didn’t match the dimensions on the website.
I was disappointed and hope they rectify this on the description to avoid future problems.!
The table was returned, I’m awaiting a refund so hope there are no issues with this.
