The ordering was easy enough and…
The ordering was easy enough and delivery were pretty quick, (2 days)
However the furniture wasn't the colour expected and the manufactured pre drilled holes didnt line up with the draw runners, so it had to he returned.
That process takes much longer. You have to 'request' a return via email, which takes them forever to reply then once they arrange for the courier to collect the funds go in your bank approximately a week later, after they've inspected and accepted it back
I wasn't impressed with the customer service tbh, I had to chase them to get the return accepted.
Personally I wouldn't order again due to length of time the return took.

There are several ways to arrange a return, either through our website, by email or by telephone. I’m sorry that, on this occasion, the process took longer than you expected. Our current email response time is approximately 3-5 days, which may have contributed to the delay in arranging your return, and I apologise for any inconvenience this caused.
Once an item has been received back at our warehouse, our refunds are processed within 7–10 days.

I ordered a small white table for a…
I ordered a small white table for a particular space in the room.
The table arrived, it was very pretty, well packaged and well constructed.
There were marks on the table top which I could have lived with. When I put it in the space it was much too small. I thought I had measured it wrong and checked the specifications on the order. My measurements were right but the table didn’t match the dimensions on the website.
I was disappointed and hope they rectify this on the description to avoid future problems.!
The table was returned, I’m awaiting a refund so hope there are no issues with this.

Nice item but needed a lot of assembling.
The two drawer, two door cabinet looks lovely but wasn’t as easy to assemble as I expected. The product description suggested that it could be assembled in 15-29 minutes but it actually took about four hours by a reasonably competent handyman. Some edges were a bit scuffed - possibly as a result of unpacking. It was a nice touch to include a choice of door knobs but only one set came with the direct fitting bolts. Delivery was excellent especially as we live in the Scottish Highlands.

I ordered the Tiffany Range bundle…
I ordered the Tiffany Range bundle which consisted of the wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables. I think the price was great and the furniture is beautiful I plan to get more pieces to complete the bedroom. Fitting the wardrobe together was easy enough for the end result absolutely fabulous. Delivery driver was lovely as well. Thanks for being awesome!
