Really great service and products.
I have several pieces of furniture from Melody Maison and I must say they have always been excellent in the delivery and the product. This piece arrived well packed as usual and has now completed the bedroom collection!
It looks stunning and has been admired by visiting guests!

Very expensive, not great quality
Took a while to arrive. The bedside drawers are very expensive for what they are. They look great but the quality of the product isn’t as you’d expect for the price. I was disappointed but as they look nice and fit in the gaps we have either side of the bed I decided to keep them.

When your order was placed, the bedside drawers were available on a pre-order basis, so they were dispatched as soon as they came back into stock. Very impressed
We are over the moon with all the bedroom furniture we purchased from Melody Maison!! It is solid and easy enough to put together. Looks lovely and stylish and can highly recommend the company and their furniture. Very happy customer.

Bad customer services
Bad customer services. Item not as it described.
Anyway, I arranged a collection for the item and the driver verbal abuse me just because I asked him for a ID and he did not give me a receipt for the collection.
I spoke with Melody & Maison and they did not do nothing! Shocking !

We did explain that the courier will not leave a receipt, Items are scanned at collection and are fully trackable from that point back to our warehouse. Beautiful furniture, easy to assemble, great price, looks amazing, unfortunately 1 parcel was missing then when it did arrive 1 piece is missing and 2 are miss aligned and missing the screw holes, customer service have been amazing just waiting to see how they are rectifying this problem
