I bought an orange push button file. The button was stiff and unclear when used, I had to use force every time I opened it, the machine ran very smoothly but after a few months it stopped halfway. I contacted the company to request a repair and surprisingly the company sent me a new replacement machine, a perfect machine with buttons that have clear steps and are very easy to use. I am really grateful for the care and quick handling of the company's team. I boldly rate a very reputable sales company, always caring and protecting the customer's choice. You should buy here.

I received an order with a lamp that wasn’t quite working right and I reached out to customer service who quickly responded and told me they would send me a replacement asap! Customer service was wonderful and I would recommend anyone to buy from this company. Additionally I have bought previous lamps, drills and bits from this company and have had a good experience each time.

Awesome customer service! I had an issue with my nail drill and they diagnosed the issue and sent a replacement part. Replacement arrived quickly and fixed the issue.

The e-file is the best I ever had, and despite the faulty lamp that first arrived, this is a 5* experience, because of the professionalism of the Customer Service.

I bought my first ever melody susie efile & the pen part didn't with but the customer service was so fast in getting me a replacement. the drill is very good, I will continue to purchase!

All i can say is melody susie has AMAZING customer service. I had a e-file hand piece that came out defective. They replied fast and on top of that, the process for the replacement was quick and easy. I didn’t have a hard time trying to get a hold of them and i loved that. They were very helpful.

The nail drill is honestly perfection until the hand drill stopped working after 5 months. I’ve sent multiple emails and didn’t get a response for a week unfortunately butfinally got a response in which they have me really good, professional and fast service. It was sorted within a few hours with a replacement sent on the way. I was given responses minutes after I had replied. Although, it’s best to email the regular support email and not the one with .uk if you’re British.

I accidentally broke a bit off in my MelodySusie electric file. I emailed the company late in the afternoon and asked if I could send it in for repair. They responded right away and told me they would be sending me a brand new replacement. I couldn’t believe it!! Then, lo and behold, I got another email from them that same night letting me know they had sent it out. It even had the tracking number. I got my drill about a week later. This kind of customer service is almost unheard of and pretty non-existent these days. Thank you, Melody Susie for your genuine care and expert service.

I cannot recommend MelodySusie enough!!! Amazing customer service from MelodySusie. I had made a mistake and ordered the wrong grit sanding bands and almost immediately received an email back when I contacted them. They not only sent me the sanding bands I initially wanted but it was in such a timely manner and completely hassle free. The communication back and forth was outstanding. I have had zero problems with MelodySusie and they have such amazing quality items I’m so excited !!!!

I love my efile but had a problem with the hand piece. My email was replied to immediately and a new efile was sent to me. I couldn’t be happier with the replacement as well as the very helpful and timely customer service!

Incredible customer service. Unfortunately my package got lost by the US Postal Service. They were able to fix the issue immediately by sending me Another nail drill .

Live melody susie they’re drill and dust collectors are great for good prices. The costumer service team is amazing my drill had a malfunction with wiring and they helped resolve the issue with great communication.

I’ve had my sparkle plus drill for about 2 years now and it has never failed me! I misplaced the charger and they sent me a new one with no problems. Customer service is very attentive and responsive. I wouldn’t choose anyone else over Melody Susie 💗
