The charger for my Sparkle Plus(MM400C) Rechargeable Nail Drill 35,000 RPM went out and I was concerned I would not be able to receive a replacement without having to buy another drill. So I reached out to customer service and they were so helpful. They promptly responded and helped me order a charger. They even stayed in contact with me until I received the replacement. This experience by far has the best I’ve had with any company’s customer service!!

My nail drill stopped charging and when I contacted the company to see what my options wore, it took little to know time before they decided to send me a new one at no extra cost. It was fast, efficient, and got straight to the point! I felt like I was heard and there was already solutions waiting for me.

I ordered an Led nail lamp for my nail business. 3 month using it and one of the sensors stopped working. I contacted Melody Susie, and sent them a video, and they sent me a replacement straight away. They informed me that there is actually a 15 month warranty on some products.
Their customer service is amazing, they were so kind and helpful.
Can definitely recommend, for their high quality products and service!

This is my first time ever purchasing from MelodySusie and my package had been stolen by my neighbors and MelodySusie was so professional and gave me a free replacement! This was my first time ordering! Wow... what amazing customer service. I will definitely be ordering again! I had some trouble placing an order. It happened a few times, and they were MORE than helpful! Quick responses, with screenshots explaining everything that happened, and may have happy, immediately put my mind at ease. On top of that, they threw in expedited shipping and a free nail kit for the inconvenience. Truly wonderful people to deal with, I absolutely recommend this company!!! 10 stars!!!

Customer service is phenomenal! Very communicative, nice, and responds fairly quickly! Products are good quality as well! The only issue i have, was the nail polish is pretty thick (too thick for my liking) and you do get some duplicates which it happens, nothing to be super upset about lol. Will order from again!

I had bought the Jade Plus Rechargeable Nail Drill in June 2023, it had started to short out and stop working while turned on. I knew it was the hand piece so I had reached out to Customer Service and they very quickly responded and sent out a new hand piece immediately! They made sure I had received the package and it even arrived in about a week with no issues. I’ve also purchased their drill bits and even after a year, their safety carbide bits have not dulled as much as Amazon brands have and still are a daily use for me! Definitely worth every penny and they will take care of anything you need! ( The drill is also probably one of the quietest drills i’ve used in the past 3 years, even my coworkers are amazed at how you can’t hear any buzzing)

I had purchased the 2 in 1 e-file and dust collector some time ago. My e-file stopped working properly so I contacted the MelodySusie customer support. They were so helpful and prompt to resolve my issue! Within 3 days of me contacting them to see if I could purchase just the e-file to them sending me the replacement e-file (only asking to pay for shipping) on my door step was what I call excellent customer service! I will definitely tell my friends about this wonderful experience and continue to support the company.

Shortly after buying my drill I had accidentally dropped my drill and broke the hand piece. I reached out to customer service for help and they handled my problem so fast! Prompt responses and sent me a new hand drill within two weeks. Great service!
