I thought Melody Suzie sent me a used nail lamp because it had a protective cover on it, which made it look scratched, so I let MS know. They told me they don’t send used products and that it wasn’t scratched and that it was the plastic protective cover, but I tried taking the cover off and I couldn’t get it off, so I thought it was used, so MS sent me a replacement lamp at no charge. As I was cleaning the lamp I realized that it did actually have a protective cover, so I asked MS to send me a bill for the replacement lamp and they said they would not charge me for the replacement lamp. I am so grateful for their generosity even though it was my error. Thank you so much MS! I will continue to shop with you!

This is my replacement drill, my dog chew the cord off of my other one and I love it 10 out of 10 Melody Susie drills for nails, 100% don’t forget that all Melody Susie products have a 15 month warranty on them love you have a good day 🫶🏽🫶🏽

I purchased a nail drill from MelodySusie almost two years ago. Unfortunately, the handpiece with the drill quit working after about 18 months. I ordered what I thought was a replacement handpiece on MelodySusie's website, but when it arrived it did not fit the power source. Realizing I misread the name of the original drill I had ordered, I emailed to exchange the handpiece and was informed by MelodySusie that the drill I had purchased had been discontinued. Disappointed, I asked to return the handpiece. Instead, MelodySusie sent me an entirely new drill to replace the discontinued drill that failed early. This totally went above and beyond my expectations! You don't see this kind of customer service anymore, and I did not demand, nor even ask, for resolution. I merely thought in our "throw away society," 18 months was status quo for product longevity. MelodySusie has won a lifetime customer! Thank you, MelodySusie, for excelling in customer service and for resolving my dilemma so quickly!

Fast and accurate shipping! I ordered pedicure bits that didn't fit my e-file, they were really helpful in exchange for efile bits that do fit my efile. There Customer Service was awesome and fast.

I purchased a 2 in 1 nail lamp with drill over a year ago. It worked great until it didn't. I reached out to customer service and explained my issue and sent in a video demonstrating my problem. The rep advised me I was over my 15 month warranty but not to worry. They identified my problem and offered me a replaced if I paid the shipping and usage fee of $39. I paid well over that for it new and I was happy to pay that. The customer service rep kept in contact with me every step pf the way and I had my replacement in just 2 business day. I love that service and I am now a loyal MelodySusie customer. Thank you for really caring for your customers.

High cuality and affordable products , love them all!

I have always thought Melodysusie provided excellent, high-quality, affordable products and I now will only purchase Melodysusie electrical products i.e. nail file, lamp, dust collector because I have never had a problem with any of their products that I have purchased. Unfortunately, with my last purchase I did have a problem with the nail drill I bought. I cannot speak more highly of Melodysusies After-sales warranty team. They literally sorted out the problem for me within a matter of hours. My emails were responded to within minutes and their team went out of their way to ensure that the problem was dealt with in a fast efficient manner and more importantly that I was happy with the resolution they offered. I think it says a lot about a company when their excellent customer service extends beyond your initial purchase. I highly recommend Melodysusie, they provided me with the best customer service I have ever received 😀

My mom gave me their two in one nail light and nail drill for Christmas two years ago. It became an absolute lifesaver for doing my nails at home. I had never had a single problem with it until my rabbit chewed through my drill cord. I couldn’t find an option to buy the drill that came with the light by itself through the website so I reached out via email and when I tell you, this is the most efficient customer service team I am not exaggerating by any means. They replied within a few hours were incredibly helpful, and in the end of our transaction, they even gave me a 15% off coupon for my new order. I cannot recommend MelodySusie enough!

Their customer service is freaking awesome! I contacted them over the holiday weekend about some missing product, and they responded quickly and sent me the missing product and tracking number. This company have an amazing customer services. I recently purchased a drilling machine and it didn’t felt right with me. I email them about my concerns and they send me a brand new one which is better than the original one that I had purchased. I’m happy with the new product I received. In the future I will continue to purchase and inform others about this company.
