Stuart has been very helpful. Helped me to understand what I needed to do to get set up, found me the best prices and arranged for next day delivery so that I could get my business open on time and well and going above and beyond by checking in regularly. Would recommend and use again.

Stuart Finnie was really helpful and got us sorted out with our upgraded card machine. When we had to make some changes to the contract he sorted those out promptly and gave us a reminder to update our card processor as well.

Quickly got put through to the correct person who was very helpful in explaining the options and how to proceed. Communication was clear and responsive

Never answer the phone, everything is by email.
We were signed up by handepay and they ripped us off when our machine was faulty, they sent my something to sign to get our faulty machine replaced and this sign me into a 48 month contract. they use poor quality PDQ's and are not helpful in the slightest.

Jordan has been very helpful and patient with getting GPRS devices delivered to the organisation. There was quite a bit of to and fro in regards to getting the contract signed, confirming how we were going to pay and which merchant IDs the devices would be configured to however Jordan handled it well and provided the necessary guidance needed all throughout.
