Worst online purchase experience ever!
Note: After sending a complaint e-mail to them, I received a call the next morning from a different customer service rep apologizing and offering full refund and honoring the promo price I received in the original order. I appreciate the quick and personal response to my complaint but am unhappy it had to reach that point.
Again, order from this merchant at your own risk since their shipments will take close to a month to arrive and you should cross your fingers that nothing gets lost along the way.

It has been almost a month since I ordered a red car optical mouse from meritline.com and I have not received the package. The order was sent to an old address (2 hours away from my current location) even though I explicitly noted that I made a change of address. After e-mailing the customer service rep, I received a lukewarm response, stating there is nothing they can do and they hope that I can "understand."
Now I am stuck with tracking down this $7 order myself and driving 2 hours just to go pick it up, or I can just cut my losses now.
This is honestly the worst online shopping experience I have ever had.
I hope this review can save some of you from the head ache of dealing with such an unreliable, inefficient and non-responsive company.
Meritline sells junk
I bought various types of 2.5mm - 3.5mm adapters for my cell phone. They did not work. The 2.5mm cable was smaller than 2.5mm so it did not fit securely into my cell phone. The 2.5-3.5 adapter only worked on one channel, no stereo.
Great
I ordered a lot of items. It took them two weeks but they all got shipped. When one of the items broke, they quickly gave me a refund. The items they offer aren't top tier quality but you get what you pay for. overall, its great site.
Terrible Customer Service/Website doesn't display item stock correctly
I ordered two 4gb micro sd cards on dec 22nd, which the website stated were in stock. On Dec 29th I got an email saying they were back ordered and I should recieve them on jan 7th(it took them a week to decide that they didn't have them in stock). The same day they said it was on backorder they sent me an email saying they had canceled my order and the reason was order cannot be fulfilled. I called them but of course it was a sunday and they weren't open when I finally got the email. I called back on monday and talked to some moron customer service rep that kept telling me that I sent an email canceling the order. I talked to a supervisor who told me that they had the email that I supposedly sent, saying I wanted to cancel the order. I said maybe it's your system and she said I don't think so. I then proceeded to say " so computers never make mistakes do they?". She said well it is possible and told me they would check into it and have someone call me back. I got an email forwarded from them supposedly from me, saying in broken english something like " I cant wait til jan 7th, I want cancel order". I would never use broken english, I'm not from some 3rd world country. Anyways I got an email from the moron in charge of the orders saying that it was her fault the order got canceled and that they would give me $2.00 credit for the trouble. This that and blah blah blah later I told them if they were willing to upgrade the shipping to 3 days so I could get it I would keep my business with them, this was on jan 8th. Today is Jan 11th and I get a call from the supervisor saying the item is backordered again, when it said it was in stock again the day I ordered it. So the upgraded shipping is pretty much worthless as I now have to wait an extra week to get it, it's been 3 weeks since I originally ordered the item and I still don't have it. My recommendation is don't shop at meritline unless you want to get screwed around and wait 4 times longer for your stuff.
