Courier threw first delivery and broke it. Courier threw second delivery and broke it. Then foul-mouthed sales lady not happy because I didn’t want to “work with her” by accepting having my board cut in half to improve chance of un-broken delivery.

Poor service
You can communicate that you have received the order. The plinths were left in the rain somebody was in but didn't knock the door. Because they were left in the rain and not in waterproof packaging they swelled and were not fit for purpose.
