Mersey MDF, Plas & Ply Reviews

fast service, fast dispatch, excellent product. i would 100% recommend :-)

Fantastic match for my kitchen , great service and woudl highly recommend them

Very easy ordering. I think my plinths turned up in about a week. The quality of the plinths was very good - however, one had a minor defect which was marginal as to whether I just put up with it. After pressure from household management I contacted Mersey MDF who replaced it promptly with no questions asked. 100% perfect customer service, and a 100% happy customer.

Absolutely great product, the company keep you in the loop the entire time from the start, packaged very well, 100% satisfied

The sheer range of colours to choose from plus excellent service

Great company to deal with. Good website and plenty of choice. Ordered a couple of shelves to fit within a bedroom wardrobe. These were well made and good quality at a good price.

Overall, I am very happy with this order. The cuts are correctly measured and built for purpose.

I was also very happy to receive a replacement order for the initial. Unfortunately, my order was left out in the rain and soaked up all the moisture. It was also damaged. So I emailed to ask for a replacement. I didn’t receive an email back saying they were going to reissue the order. But I was pleasantly surprised when it turned up and thankfully hadn’t been left out in the rain by the courier. That’s the only reason I haven’t rated them a 5.

I think it’s nice quality and a pretty good price for a custom size.

Improve delivery service
I accepted delivery since customer thought that it was not his place to inspect the item - minor damage - but having installed it the customer would not accept, and refused to pay. There was a small dent and scrape on long edge where packaging had been damaged.

Excellent service, on time delivery and competitively priced. Great quality of delivered product. Only point for possible improvement is the website ordering form which appeared to double the price when the quantity of the ordered product was increased to 2. Overcome that by entering 2 lines on the order for the same product with quantity of 1 on each line. This may be putting others off from ordering due to what appears to be a software glitch.

Order delivered on time.
Excellent selection of products with good quality and price.

Delivery made on time, great customer service. Good quality product. Will recommend this company

The finish on the plinths is excellent and all the requested measurements were millimetre perfect. There was some damage caused by delivery company but with photographic evidence the damaged item was replaced FOC within days.

Amazing product, service and cost. Would recommend. We are delighted with how our plinths look and have transformed our kitchen, at an affordable price

Quality of the product is great. Navigating the website was easy. But really disappointed in the lack of communication around delivery. I received one email to say delivery was ready to be collected by courier and that was it. The delivery turned up a few days later, no communication of this. No one was in to recieve delivery so it was left on our doorstep, luckily our neighbour took it in.

Great price and value

Excellent service and a very competitive price for the kitchen plinths and panels I ordered. The colour and size match precisely with the original requirements. Would definitely recommend and will use the company again in the future.

Package delivered to billing address and not delivery address even though the delivery address was clearly marked on package in black marker. 20miles of difference and can't get them in my car!

Not only did Mersey MFD provide the material I ordered in the time period they initially specified, but as they had also scrutinised my order pre manufacture
were able to indentified one item I had incorrectly detailed, they contacted me, rectified error and manufactured ldelivered everything necessary to complete job.
Thank you.

Good quality and delivered faster than expected

I ordered a bath panel board to replace a unit that had been damaged. Perfect match, ready on time and saved me buying a whole new unit. No problems at all.
