Absolutely appalling treatment of one of your hero drivers. Helping out a distressed woman who had been mugged and you sack the man!! Absolute disgrace.

They sacked a bus driver for helping someone, bunch of wankers

I will never use this bus company ever again id rather walk .
How on earth can you sack one hero bus driver for coming to the aid of one his passengers. Then defending himselfe against a thug who came back to attack him even the cctv shows this yet your disgraceful company rep does care like made up her mind before checking the facts .
Disgraceful company not sticking with there staff quite appropriate chuck them under a bus ... this management needs to be fired ASAP NOW ..

This morally bankrupt company should dismiss its CEO and be boycotted for its disgraceful and morally obscene stance on Mark Hehir.

You fired a driver for protecting a passenger from theft. That says everything about your values — and none of it is good!

What a company!!! A driver lost his job. The company backed the thief not the hero bus diver.Unbelievable but that is how I see it. Give him back his job.

Metroline has sacked a hero employee for doing the right thing, something none of those absolute smooth brains in HR would have done. Will never ever use this company again. So appalling I’m embarrassed to be British

They do not support safe transport across the London network. They would rather support their shareholders. Shame on you.

Metroline seem to want to protect criminals and punish their staff who try and help victims. I wouldn't feel safe using this service now because thieves, who metroline regard as "customers", will be empowered to commit their crime in an already crime-stricken city knowing fine well that staff will be afraid to step in lest they lose their jobs. If they wish to restore public faith in the company they must reinstate Mark Hehir along with a formal apology to both him and the public, and Alina Gioroc must be immediately dismissed.

Imagine having someone stolen , them imagine your delight when it has been retrieved, well not this company, they had thee most upstanding member working them , who put himself in potential harms way to help a stranger , what does that person get in return .....sacked , this company is one of many things that's wrong with this country , Metroline you are an absolute disgrace.
