Very good service from this company, I cannot fault them. I ordered a tripod ladder, there was an initial technical website issue, corrected immediately by their sales admin officer Danielle, and the ladder was received the following day, with a free upgrade. Very impressed.

Hopeless. Ordered a tower a month ago. Half of what was ordered turned up a week later, the rest turned up three weeks later after having to chase it up.
Don't waste your time with Midland Ladder Company.

order was put through for step ladders on friday and received promptly first thing monday morning as promised, excellent service after being let down by another company who promised next day delivery.

They don't always hold stock of the item, perhaps for somethings they do, but on others they definitely act like a middle man.
In my case, the item was not delivered within the time frame they indicated when I placed the order so I contacted them to be told that the item would come into stock at "the warehouse" in a week and be shipped out immediately. This is exactly what happened and I ended up with an excellent item at a very competitive price.

Yes, it would have been nice to have been told it wasn't in stock for immediate dispatch when I placed the order, and some people may have been severely inconvenienced by the delay, but at the time, the ladder was out of stock at ALL other retailers so I suspected there may be a problem.

In short, this is an honest company and the prices seem good to excellent, but if you NEED something in a hurry, best to phone and confirm stock before ordering.

Rang and spoke to a very helpful lady who made phone calls on my behalf to answer my questions. Ordered a Reachmaster tower ( which is absolutely brilliant ) and had it delivered in perfect condition the next day. Will definitely use this company again. Purchased a Youngmans loft ladder from these guys and the service from start to finish was impeccable!
I used the chat line plus spoke with them directly and at all times they were courteous professional and very helpful.

Second time I’ve purchased from here; this time order not even dispatched after more than 14 days! Nearly 3 weeks on I’m still waiting on my order even though it states 7 days on my order form. Poor to respond to emails too, not good. I will be requesting a refund if my order doesn’t arrive this week and I will not order from this company again

Ordered ladders for delivery to NI. Order placed Monday, arrived Friday. Great price, product as described. Can't fault.

Ladder delivered quickly. Was simple to order on the website. No problems.

Not impressed. Order placed on the 6th April. Promised delivery by the 12th never turned up. Now told it will be now delivered on the 18th. I needed the ladders for work on the 15th. 12 days awaiting delivery is poor.

Over two weeks waiting now for a triple ladder that was promised in 3-5 days. Been told "it will be there tomorrow" ....." we have sent it on a 24hr delivery"..... "have sent it on a 48hr delivery" but still nothing, apparently the supplier lost it in transit, found it again then has lost it again!(how do you lose a 3.5 m triple ladder???) then was promised a Saturday delivery and would confirm with a message and you guessed it No message and No Saturday delivery.
I ordered from midlandladders as it was a good price but has cost me dearly, this was for a job to finish a flue on the roof for a new boiler, have now had to supply client with temporary radiators and compensate for the increase in their energy bill.
Would not recommend using this company if you trying to provide a professional service, they close at 1pm ,don't delivery what they promise and have really let me down, I only give them a two star rating as the two ladies from midlandladders always answer the phone and are friendly and helpful.

Ordered a ladder for the garden from midland ladder company, I changed my mind and swapped the ladder - called the officer and Andy had no issue in changing the ladder and also ensure I had delivery for Friday as I required it for the weekend, excellent service, really helpful in deciding which ladder to pick.

Nice to deal with a company who take their time to ensure you get the right product.

I needed to instal a loft ladder at home and found Midland Ladders online. I needed some technical help to ensure that the leader I was planning to buy was suitable and to clarify the installation instructions. I spoke to Andy who was very friendly and extremely helpful with technical advice. He also made it clear that he would be happy to have a chat should I have any further questions. Furthermore he made sure that I would be able to get a swift despatch of the product if bought it before 13:00. I felt under no pressure to buy when I spoke to him but was pleased to place the order after double checking my dimensions.

The sort of service that you really appreciate, when you can get it.
