Friendly, helpful staff. But sadly the store was too small for what I needed (camping equipment) and the change from summer to winter stock meant I had to order online if I wanted what they had online. No option to order and pick up which is a shame. Still bought a few things at good prices.

Staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. We received great help to choose the correct equipment, furthermore provided ample advice on anything they didn't have in stock.

Went into Fareham branch on the offchance seeking some trousers. Shop was clean and tidy and the two assistants, Tela and Megan, friendly and helpful. It appeared that they were glad to be there, which makes such a pleasant change from many establishments. Happy with my purchase and with the experience.

The lady who served ideas very patient very knowledgeable and and nothing was too much trouble for her for advice and her name was Lauren from West Street Branch, Fareham HantsI am not going to comment any more as I have been hospitalised since that and am too weak to do more

Just popped in for a couple of discounted tee-shirt. Good quality at a good price. Met by a very cheerful assistant with the right amount of friendly welcome without being pushy. Perfect.

Everyone is always so helpful and friendly. The only downside, is the heat in there. The poor staff!

Staff are very welcoming and friendly! Always a pleasure speaking to them. Only downside is temperature in the store due to air con. Feel sorry for the hard working staff having to work in those conditions.

Considering I walked in the door at about 1720, Megan could not have been more helpful in getting a pair of Merrell walking shoes for me. Cheerful, engaging and efficient, she was an absolute star despite the proximity to closing time.

Bought an electrical hook up, I had it ordered in store for home delivery

Really helpful assistants. Bought one pair of trousers, assistant ordered the 2nd pair on line and they arrived the next day! Brilliant!

Very helpful and friendly staff. Though one member was unable to answer a question he apologised and referred me to his manager who was able to resolve my query.

I have shopped at Millets Fareham for over 20 years and today left feeling humiliated. I browsed the sale items and placed them on the counter whilst I looked at the rucksacks. When I paid, I was asked to walk through the exit door to be scanned for tags in my bags. The security scanner needed to be switched on at the wall, assistant 007 announced to the shop. Rude and totally unnecessary.

I visited the shop yesterday to try and find some walking shoes for my difficult feet. I was very impressed by the staff here, Gemma was absolutely wonderful trying her best and taking time to show me various types of shoes, she was very kind and patient and made me feel special. In the end I didn't buy anything but Gemma gave me valuable advice about what I should be looking for and I will definitely come back to the shop to see new models. Well done, Gemma, thank you very much, much appreciated.

In wanting a specific piece of clothing for outdoors, I received excellent advice from salesperson George at Fareham Milletts. He was patient and knowledgeable.
