Well, what can I say about the amazing service we had from the staff at Millets in Newquay, especially James. From the moment we walked in till the time we walked out james was professional and nothing was too much trouble for him. He even made the time to show some love to our Patterdale Terrier puppy Ruby. James made such an impression that we went back a few times for separate purchases when we could quite easily have gone elsewhere. So on closing I just want to say thankyou to James and hope that Millets managers rewards this young man as his customer service is off the chart.

Excellent service. Holly really helped me pick the right boots. She was very patient , could see by the way I was walking the boots I wanted were wrong. Thank you the boots I got fit well and a good price. Thank you!!

Called into Milletts Newquay didn’t realise it was almost closing time looking for a couple of fold up Mac’s
Sarah R came over to see if we needed any help and she was brilliant showed us what was available asked us if we would like to try the garment on and was generally a very helpful person considering it was at the end of a long day the service was first class

Assistant James was very friendly and helpful. Didn't have jacket in my size so he suggested that he could order it on line in my size to my home address, which he did. Super efficient.

Went in for new shoes, had holly help me and was super helpful, nothing was too much trouble, even left with things I didn't know I needed!

Whilst in Millets, Newquay, looking for new walking boots, I had the pleasure of Robs assistance. He was courteous, polite, knowledgeable and patient despite it being busy.
Gave useful advice on how to clean and protect my boots. I also bought a waterproof jacket after having again, excellent advice from Rob.
I love the fact that they accept the Blue Light card too.

Kayleigh at Millets Newquay secured the sale, efficient, helpful, and interested. Clearly interested in hiking etc herself. Thank you. Great trekking rucksac at a cracking price.

Kayleigh was the assistant we had pleasant dealings with. I saw a shirt that quite liked and it was offered on sale reduced from £30 to £19. However, once the code from the label was scanned it showed £30. Kayleigh saw where we had picked up the shirt and quickly realised the whole rail of shirts had been wrongly priced. No quibble, the shirt was purchased for £19.
We are regulars in this shop and always have found the staff helpful & accommodating 👍🏻

Went into Newquay branch looking for a warm jacket as I didn't bring one warm enough with me for my holiday. A lovely lady called Sarah R could see me browsing and offered to help me.
I explained what I wanted and what I wanted to pay sns she offered to go up to the stock room to see if she had more there. Sarah came down with a lovely jacket and explained what it was made of and that it was shower proof too.
I tried it on and was really pleased so I purchased it. Sarah was very helpful

A well run shop. Nick was most helpful and generally they were all keen to make the visit memorable for the right reasons. They had my size in stock which is always great.
