We was looking for a single camping cooker , we was served by James, who recognised our accents and asked what part off Wales we was from , James happened to be from our area , all these miles apart , who would thought it , anyway excellent service by James , Thank you and enjoy Cornwall

Extremely knowledgeable and helpful staff.

I wanted to buy a pair on insoles and walked upto pay. A friendly staff member called Rob asked if I had tried them on, honestly as they were in packaging I didn't even know that was an option!

After going over to the shoe section and trying them on I discovered they weren't as suitable as I had once thought. Rob asked lots of questions and gave valuable feedback without any pressure of up selling. I felt my best interests were of focus as a pose to a higher ticket sale. We found a set that were much better and left very happy! This level of customer service is impeccable and will always opt for, and recommend, Newquay Millets. Many other similar stores in Newquay have non existent customer service, so this massively sets you guys apart! Thank you so much guys, and a shout out to James too who was super friendly 😁

Absolutely brilliant service from both Sarah and Sue at the Newquay branch. We had issues with an air tent when we were on holiday in Cornwall. Sue went out her way to help us, checking all her own stock before searching for alternative stores that would have the item in stock. On our return home, I required a part for another tent that we have and that was not available to order online anywhere. Through our previous visit to the Newquay store I was aware that they had one in stock through the back. After contacting the store and speaking to Sarah, she kindly posted the item to the Glasgow store for me to collect. Absolutely exceptional customer service, I would highly recommend!!
