Excellent customer service and attention to detail

I came into the store a little apprehensive about my up coming National 3 Peaks challenge, looking for some help with new boots.
Darren came straight away and offered assistance, far more than I had expected. Darren talked me through the essentials in choosing the right kit, what to look for and how I can tackle the up coming challenge with the right information.
Darren comes from a lot of professional and personal experience in having completed the challenge and many other treks previously and he was so engaging in helping me decide on essential kit.
Darren was patient and allowed me to take my time and ask as many questions as I needed to help me. I was so inspired and felt like I could tackle this challenge with all the right equipment and energy needed. I am grateful for the whole team today, they all made my experience shopping so enjoyable and I’m glad I made the trip to the store - I didn’t need to go anywhere else!

We went into millets today for walking poles but not sure which would be the right ones. Darren was super helpful and talked us through all the options,price ranges and how

I was buying some walking boots today and had excellent service from Darren. He even helped me with a new lace technique to stop heel movement! Very happy with the service and my new boots.

Impeccable service from both staff members who were working the day we went in. Especially for Darren who helped my husband with a pair of walking boots. Very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much bother for him. Would definitely recommend visiting this store

Big thank you to Darren who helped me find vegan hiking boots. He gave me 3 different types of boots to try on and had no problem getting different sizes when they were too small.
He was very knowledgable and knew the key differences between each boot which really helped me make my decision

We walked into the shop wanting to buy a backpack for travelling and straight away got directed to the perfect one. Darren was amazing helping me fit it perfectly and getting me to walk wearing it many times. He also added weights to make sure it was correct. Thanks so much for a great experience!

Darren very helpful but not in a pushy way. Had to try on a couple of items and ask a few questions about the shorts and he was able to give clear answers. Felt he was there to advise not just sell stuff - which actually made me feel confident about purchase
