Placed an order after much searching and hunting (a tennis bag) was really happy to get what I wanted at a great price. After four days got an email saying 'sorry we don't have the bag'. I just think that's so super crap in this day an age.

Items not in stock. Incorrect invoice in the package leading to incorrect and high tax payments. Customer service basically non-existent ignoring customer emails. Never again.

Warte Langezeit auf die Lieferung. Noch länger wartet man auf die Erstattung bei zurückgesandten Artikel. Ein Kundenservice ist quasi nicht vorhanden: Antworten bekommt man entweder gar keine oder sie brauchen Tage. Die erhaltenen Antworten waren ausnahmslos unbrauchbar.

The company doesn't refund as they say ---14 days refund !

I ordered the running shoes online ,but they are too small to wear ,the size is smaller than the usual size .i paid £2.50 for return ,after a week they sent the shoes back with a letter -----says they can't refund because the shoes had dirt on soles . I swear I have been kept the shoes as clean as I received them . I tried the shoes on clean carpet .

. Dear customer service staff could you think about how should I deal with this £80.00 & wrong size shoes???

Iv been looking for a good price on a pair of saucony zealots, found them here at millets with a great discount. Free delivery arrived 3 days later. Very good service indeed.

I have dealt with this company twice in the last six weeks (more fool me) suffice to say never again!
They were late with the first delivery and they stated they had"lost" the items then proceeded to deliver the order 3 times over! The second occasion was even worse-two items arrived but neither fitted so i paid(!!!) £2.50 to return them expecting a swift refund-no chance i have now been told that it can take 14 WORKING DAYS for a refund to be actioned!!!
Appalling arrogant "customer services " basically dismissive and blasé apparently i am to blame for choosing the "cheapet" return option!!!

I have just ordered a pair of Hoka Gaviota running shoes (which were at a great price) on Tuesday night & received them Saturday morning. Shoes are great. I did panic a bit when shoes weren't sent out the 1st day & having later read the below reviews. All in all shoes arrived within the 5 working days stated. So for me i would have no problem ordering from them again.

ordered runners online and then told after 4 days that my order was cancelled. Why don't they have a proper computerized stock inventary ??so they can prevent you ordering if they dont have them in stock.

I should have known not to trust a company without a phone number on their website. I returned items but delivery was deducted (even thought their website states "Providing items are sent back to us in their original condition and within the 14 day cancellation period, we will ordinarily refund the full purchase price and the standard delivery charge paid"

I emailed them but they never responded!.

EDIT: I contacted their parent company, JD Sports Fashion plc telling them I had complained to trading standards. They explained that I hadn't been refunded the delivery as it was an enhanced (in my case, next day delivery service) i had paid extra for. They only refunded standard delivery. They admitted this should have been explained and they could have offered to refund standard delivery. In the end they refunded it all.Had this been my experience from the outset I would have given full marks and had no issue, it was simply their refund and customer service that annoyed me.

I rang them to check that they really did have the running shoes in stock in my size and their half asleep operator said he checked and that there were two pairs. So I ordered. Now several days later I get an email that they're out of stock. I will never use them again and they'd better get my money back to me smart quick or I'm going all over the Internet with this,

How unprofessional is this attitude and lack of proper stocktaking in this day and age.

Should have learnt my lesson first time. Twice now this company have taken my money to only notify me three days later to tell me my order could not be fulfilled. They need to get their stock counts sorted! Never going to order from them again, no matter how good the deal is!

Appalling customer service! It seems that they can't actively do anything with the problems that you give them. Iv returned the same pair of shoes twice now and have received them back YET AGAIN to say I can't have a refund. (Shoes are faulty and returned within 14 days of purchase)

On Sunday I saw a rare Nike Therma hoodie in my size on the Millet Sports website that has become next to impossible to find anywhere, and at a good price. I hadn't bought anything from this site before and was dubious to say the least when I found their TrustPilot reviews but as I really wanted the hoodie I thought I'd risk it, and was so glad that I did! Ordered this on Sunday afternoon (for collection in my local Millets store). Monday was a Bank Holiday, so on Tuesday evening I got an email to say it had been dispatched and then on Wednesday they sent me an email to say it was ready to collect. Picked up my hoodie that day - excellent experience from start to finish! I understand they are now owned by JD Sports, I've not always had the best experiences with JD itself but hopefully this is a sign of things improving all round.

I had originaly ordered for next day which was delayed by one day, but I got refunded next day delivery cost.

I recieved items promtly and at an excellent price compared with other online shops charging double or more.

Only thing annoying is communication, they do not have a phone number and you can only e-mail or use twitter to contact them which is painfully slow getting a responce.

A truly awful experience , I ordered trainers in 7.5 UK size and they delivered size 7.5 US, I sent them back and am still awaiting a refund although they promised it same day, I then had to re order the U.K. Size 7.5 for speed purposes with a overnight cost which they said they would refund( but so far have not) and again the delivered US size 7.5. They eventually investigated the issue and then realised they actually do not have any UK size 7.5 in stock they only have 7.5 US size, I have again sent the other pair pack and am still awaiting ANY refund , they are now asking for PODs .....

Got what I ordered at a good price and fast delivery.

I have used Millet Sports previously and my experience has been pretty good, but the returns policy has changed and you can no longer return to store. This was a major consideration for me and it now costs to return items. I won't be using Millet Sports again.

I ordered a pair of walking shoes which took a week to be delivered to JD Sports in Worcester. When I telephoned to complain I was offered a refund of £10 in compensation. Over a week later am still waiting for credit. Yet another phone call to chase up. Worst internet shopping experience. Won't order again.
