My daughter and I went shopping on Sat 20th Aug in the Grimsby shop. She wanted a jacket and tried on lots of different sizes & styles. The lady was so helpful and patient. We found a Peter Storm one which fitted perfectly, they had her size but not the colour she wanted. So we ordered it and it came to store. I picked it up today (24th) and Heather the Store Manager was very helpful and polite with helping me. I must praise the shop staff for all their help.

I had a pick of a DPD parcel from the Tunbridge Wells Store. The store manager was beyond AMAZING and fabulous. The DPD driver wouldn not pick up the parcel( for no reason we could work out ) but the fabulous staff at the store kept going until finally another driver picked up the package.
The store kept phoning me to update on what they were doing. They contacted DPD for me and just kept going They were kind, thoughtful and saved the day. Thank you

I would like to spread a world everywhere I can about Millets company shops anything with their name.
They have a s.. policy and very bad customer service
I could not cancel the order when I want to
I waited for the driver long time and when he came he didn’t want to take the package back to the Millets saying that is not his business and the good we’re damage , finally
The driver took it back and sign the package as delivered. That was a lie.
After all this situation many months of calling having a debt collection company two of them I finally paid for an order which I did it received and didn’t want to..
if you wanna buy from millets you will regret it , so don’t think about it.
I am already making a huge complain with an obudsman company.

I would like to thank Kat at the Grimsby branch for help in my choosing the above. She was able to point me in the right direction as regards the fit, whether they were waterproof and included Gortex. I was very impressed with the amount of choice I had to pick from and will definitely shop at this store in future for my outdoor clothing. Thank you.

Just visited the Eastbourne store to buy some new walking boots. As I have a foot issue I also wanted insoles and the shop assistant Saffie was so knowledgeable and helpful not to mention patient while I trialled them! She also showed me a different way to lace the boots that alleviated the stranglehold I've always felt around the ankle. Really impressed with her. Thank you Saffie!

I had previously asked Rachel the Manager at the Leek Store to reserve a pair of Berghaus walking boots owing to the fact that I was awaiting receipt of a replacement gift card from Millets Head Office. Through the welcome assistance of Brian ( Customer Service -Millets) , who prompted the delivery of said Gift Card , I was able to visit the Leek Store today and secure my welcome purchase of the Berghaus walking boots. My partner and I popped into the Plymouth store and she must have tried on a dozen different pairs of walking boots in the space of 45 minutes.
The assistant Jade couldn’t have been more patient, cooperative, friendly and really could not have been more helpful. She really is a great ambassador for Millets and deserves a proverbial pat on the back.
