Delighted to have found these lovely people.
I took a wedding ring to them that had to be cut off in hospital, and they were just amazing. Their cost for the significant repair was half as much as their nearest jeweller; the work was done in half the time they suggested; and the result was perfect.
On top of all of that, they are just lovely people too. I could not recommend them highly enough.

Amazing experience at Minar Jewellers
I came to Minar Jewellers with my grandparents looking to buy a gift. The team were incredible and super welcoming on my visit. I worked with Sweta to find the perfect bracelet and she was very kind, patient and accommodating. Can’t wait to come back in the future. Couldn’t recommend more!

Exceptional Service
I made a number of visits to Minar Jewellers during the year with the most recent one being in October.
In all my dealings with Mr P Pattni, I have always found Mr Pattni to be very knowledgeable, professional and transparent in his explanations: whether it is in respect of their valuation service which is very efficient and seamless or, in relation to, the gold price that I would receive for an item of jewellery with everything clearly documented.
I have also found that every effort will be made to accommodate your request. I wanted my bracelet, which I had previously purchased from their extensive range of elegant jewellery, adjusted. So, I was really pleased when Mr Pattni explained to me how it will be adjusted.
Also, in my interactions with various staff at Minar Jewellers, I have always found them to be polite, friendly and professional.
I would highly recommend Minar Jewellers.

Classy shop
Classy shop with a great reputation. Everything is well presented, the quality is there to see and the designs are a mixture of classic and traditional. The customer service from Shweta was faultless. She had a nice manner to her, has good knowledge of the products and worked within our budget. This place has build a reputation for decades and you can see why. I gave it 4 stars however purely because there is no consistency between the shop and the website in terms of pricing and also refunds. The refund system is confusing where you get a full cash refund if you not happy with the product if purchased online but only credit if you purchased the same product in the shop.

Amazing service
I’ve gotten the rings I haven’t worn for years bigger that I’ve been told by other jewellers can’t be made bigger before and repaired a bracelet and shortened a necklace. Donika was very professional and helpful. The pricing is reasonable and well explained. The jewellery was ready to collect the same week and looked super bright and shiny as it was thoroughly cleaned also. Amazing and pleasant service.
