Delivery is dependable. Customer inquiry response times are reasonable. I do wish I had been alerted that I needed new blood work prior to my request for a refill so I could have been proactive about timing. Otherwise, everything has been smooth. Delivery of medication is quick and packaged well.

They were quick and efficient. Anytime I had questions, they were prompt in their response and very helpful. I will continue to keep using them and have referred my friends. Great company work great customer service!

They Charge you before you even get blood work done and receive any meds and keep charging you for 3 months for every refill you get. They tell you to order your refill early but then tell you it’s too early and won’t ship. My meds do not cover 3 months. I get about month and half out of my refill. I tried to cancel my membership and am told I cannot. I cancelled my credit cards so they couldn’t charge me when I’m not getting anything and they are threatening to turn me into collections.

Minute MD was referred to me by a very satisfied customer who had completed their weight loss job similar to mine. I had bariatric surgery 20 years ago and have regain 25% of my weight back in the last 4 years. They were quick to respond by sending in the lab order, review my results and dispensing the medication.
I have lost 5% of my weight in the first month. The medication provides essentially the same feeling of fullness and appetite suppression as my surgery. I could not be more satisfied.

I tried this company as a way to receive a GLP-1 medication to help jumpstart a weight loss. At first the company seemed to be responsive and reliable. They charged me and medication and updates were provided. If you email them asking for a refill AKA to charge you more money they are extremely quick to response. As soon as there is any issue (I have no medication left and have been out for 3 weeks now), they go silent. I have been emailing for weeks now. They have continued to charge but they are radio silent on their end. Additionally, there is no contact number provided online (I assume on purpose so they can do this to avoid doing their job and just taking your money). I do regret going with this company as two friends of mine are using another service and have not had the same issues with their GLP-1 subscriptions.

Update: I also submitted a claim to BBB. They eventually responded about 5 weeks afterwards. I got my last dosage that they had taken the money for and I ended my subscription with them. To not get any response for more than a month is completely inappropriate.

When things go well, I am satisfied. However, they don't send the medication at regular intervals; you have to request it. I had a year with no problems, but this last time everything went wrong and now I have spent 3 weeks without any medication. Also, now the price has gone up by $50 a month. Be advised that they can put the price up whenever they want without notice, and although you pay every month, you don't receive medication every month.

I have been using minute md since October, I did my labs and received my medication on time every time. My concern is their customer service and very hands off approach to this medication. They do not reply and you don’t have the capabilities to speak to your prescribing dr. You can email/chat on the portal but it is with a third party who speaks to the provider for you and will, maybe, get back to you. And when I say that, I mean they reply with a “speak to your primary care provider”. They are dangerously nonchalant about the medication THEY are prescribing you. They give you absolutely no information on side effects, risks, and they don’t help you if you submit labs or any side effects that may be abnormal. I would never use this company again if I wasn’t locked into a contract with them. I would highly suggest finding another telehealth company that will actually help you because I promise you minutemd does not care.

I’m concerned because I paid for the subscription and did the process however I haven’t heard from anyone and it’s been 5 days. I’ve emailed countless times and have yet to get a reply. I don’t know if this is a scam at this point.

The communication and response to email was timely and sufficient. That made the process easy.

I don’t trust this company l. Paid for two months of supplies already with no regard for my package. Keep being told my package is delayed twice. They had to reshoo my shipment out bc the first package was delayed so much that the ice melted and the product is monies. Now I’m told that fedex has my package again but I’m told to expect delays. I want a refund I don’t trust this company
