Maybe an outline of what to expect when you sign up would be helpful.

This was fast, easy and very convenient! I have tried other companies and found them to be very bogged down in paperwork and useless details. Thank you Minute MD.

They sent my husbands new order with my name on it! When I asked about it they didn't even answer my question and went on about how they can confirm his med was delivered. I had to reachout a second time to get them to clarify why I had 2 bottles with my name on it and none with his with only 1 month between orders. Selecting the RIGHT patient is priority #1 in medicine.

Overall good but the process does take a couple weeks. You hear back within 24 hours max though so that is a huge plus. Would just like to receive the product sooner.

I loved that from the moment I signed up to the moment I got the message that I was approved everything went by in a timely manner. The communication was great.

Not great communication on medication prescription, doses and prices. Also didn’t know you have to have a paid subscription to get the medication but it doesn’t automatically refill? Most of the time I end up with more questions than answers and can’t really get a straight answer from someone over email. Improvement needed for sure.
