I’ve been using minuteMD for a year and I’ve been so impressed from the start! Their customer service is unmatched and they seem to truly care! I’ve lost 30 lbs so far and have enjoyed using them and would recommend them to anyone!

The waiting process is long and really no communication. Status just states processing but never exactly processing what. Also it will be about 3-4 weeks before you get medication, if I get it because I don’t know if I did since it just states processing. The next payment will be due soon and haven’t even received the first order.

I canceled services before I even got my medication because I felt really suspicious over the weird communication I was getting.

I uploaded my lab work and then was told I was approved for the medication and then received an additional instant message in their health portal asking for my labs.

I was in communication with a direct customer service agent while also being bugged in the health portal by someone else. The timeframes for what to expect kept changing as well and after 10 days of back and forth I lost all confidence in the legitimacy of this program.

I appreciate the fact that when I have to reach out, I do get a response almost immediately. However, things that are supposed to only take a few days have taken weeks. Example - my lab work was never sent until I reached out almost two weeks after I was supposed to receive them. Then, what I received wasn’t even a lab order, so I had to reschedule appointment. The results from that are only supposed to take a few days, it took a week. I’m being charged for my second months membership in a few days and I haven’t even been told if I’ve been approved for the medicine and if I have the medicine hasn’t been shipped yet. It’s a frustrating process that I’m hoping is worth it once I get my first round of medication.

So far, so good. Answers email inquiries in a fast, friendly manner. Lab results in. Awaiting Dr’s orders for medication.

Great communication at every stage of the process

Sign up was easy. Everything happened in promised time frame or better. Haven’t used the injections yet (though they arrived in lightning speed) that’s for tomorrow. 10 out or 10 so far.

Fast response

Every step was easy and quick. I am sure there was a portion that described step by step and I bypassed it bc I kept wondering what the next step was every step of the way. In the end I received my medication before the estimated time.

So far the process is quite impressive. A lot of communication and all expectations have been made as promised in a timely manner. Just waiting on product to move forward. Very excited to transfer to MinuteMD. More positivity to come I hope!!

Update: Received my prescription faster than I could hope. Everything MinuteMD has promised, has been delivered surpassing my expectations! Look forward to working towards my goal and maintaince with MinuteMD!

The communication was clear and fast. MinuteMD keeps you informed every step of the way. From the moment you choose/purchase the plan, completion of prequalifying forms, getting your labs prescription to Quest laboratories, approval and receiving your medication delivered to the comfort of your home it took two weeks. That is excellent and expeditiously. I just received my medication by the way in a very safe and secured package via FedEx. I can’t wait to start so I could start seeing the results to a new health body weight.

They gave step by step instructions which were really helpful. And timely in approving medication.

The only reason I have not given this 5 stars is that I have not received or tried the product yet. It's not late but until I see how it works I can't give it 5 stars. Everyone has been extremely helpful. I received my shots soon after my first review. I've only had 1 and I am do for the 2nd tomorrow. I have a weight loss of 10 lbs in the first week. Fingers crossed it will continue to drop!
