Amazing Service
I had a persistent problem with a spanner warning light constantly on the dashboard. I took the car to Mitchells and they tested the engine computer and all was well and then took the car for a road test to ensure the electronic handbrake was working correctly. The fault was put down to the next service due date not having been reset by another garage that did the previous service and once over the designated mileage the warning light came on
Charge for the time and labour NOTHING!. I was told they had done nothing except for the time of a mechanic to undertake the checks. Excellent service. Amazing customer service from a Renault main dealer.

Great service from Mark as usual. We've always found Mitchell's very good to deal with and weren't disappointed in this occasion. Generally very pleased with the new car and although we've had a few teething problems, they been quickly and efficiently resolved by the dealership.

From the date of order to arrival of vehicle Andy Duffield kept us informed of progress in a friendly and professional manner. Handover of vehicle was excellent with time spent running through all aspects of setting up the vehicles media nav system followed by much in depth information of everything we needed to know about home charging our new Electric Vehicle. Craig was a star from start to finish…
Craig was a star from start to finish on sorting our new car. Craig explained everything thoroughly and nothing was too much trouble. The expected collection was the end of October but I’m already in my new car, super speedy service. On collection Craig talked over how to use the vehicle and even sorting out logging into apps. He really has gone above and beyond and is a real credit to Mitchells! Keep up the amazing work.

I recently bought a new Renault Clio…
I recently bought a new Renault Clio hybrid from Mitchells Renault & Dacia Lowestoft. This was the first time I had dealt with Mitchells, the first Renault I have owned and also my first hybrid car, and it was the most positive car buying experience I’ve had in many years of car ownership. The service I received from Jonathan Kent was first class; Jonathan has excellent product knowledge and was able to answer any queries and questions I had to my complete satisfaction. He also arranged a 1.5 - 2 hour test drive for me to ensure I was completely happy with my intended purchase before buying.
On collection day, the car was the most well prepared, well presented new car I have ever bought, so a special thanks also goes to the team at Mitchells involved in its preparation.
I have also had recent experience of the after sales team at Mitchells as my car needed a software update to fix an issue with the indicators (I have posted a separate Trustpilot review on this). I am pleased to say I also received excellent service from the after sales team.
Based on my recent experience(s), Mitchells clearly understand the meaning of good customer care and delivering an excellent customer experience. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone considering buying a Renault or Dacia.
