New hybrid Clio
I have had the pleasure of dealing with Andy Duffield for 26 years (that's about 8 new cars). I no longer live in the area but I am more that happy to make a 266 mile round trip to buy a new car (every few years) or get my car serviced (annually). Andy is not your typical sales manager - no high pressure patter - he listens to your requirements and offers the best deal he can get for you. If he knows of a special event coming up that would suit you, he will be in touch. He keeps the details straight forward and is totally transparent. His knowledge is immense and if he cannot answer your question, he will research it and get back to you. Andy does not swamp you with communications. He is courteous, kind and professional. And his tea making is pretty good too. I collected my new Clio hybrid today and it is amazing. Andy set up the voice activated sat nav, synced my phone and disabled a few things I didn't want. He patiently went through controls and even helped me move my stuff from my old car to the new one. He even offered to go for a drive with me until I felt comfortable. I have both faith and trust in Andy and Mitchells and have no hesitation in recommending them both.

Excellent Service
We purchased our Renault Austral Hybrid from Mitchell’s (Lowestoft) in early September 2024 and the service we received was excellent throughout.
Our salesman Craig could not have been more helpful. Our purchase was not straight forward as we were transferring our existing car to an elderly relative, and trading their in car as part of our purchase. Craig went the extra mile to assist us with the whole process, to ensure everyone was back on the road the same day.
When we collected the Austral, on my birthday, Craig presented me with a card and some flowers which was very thoughtful.
There was no pushy sales patter or hard sell as we’ve experienced at other dealerships. Mitchells were only interested supplying us with the right car for our needs.
When we collected our Austral it was immaculately presented. Craig spent time with us explaining the basics and all of the tech before we drove away.
Mitchell’s after sales service has been great, with follow up calls to ensure we were completely satisfied.
Based on our experience we would thoroughly recommend Mitchell’s Lowestoft to anyone.

Craig Emblem, the car salesman, was knowledgeable and talked me through the aspects of the new Duster I was interested in. We worked out which deal suited me best and paid the deposit. On collection, Craig went through all details, sat in the car with me and pointed out various aspects of the vehicle. He rang me a few days later to check al; was ok and asked whether I had any concerns or questions about the car. At no time was Craig `pushy` and the whole buying experience was positive. I shall return in 2 years time.

2021 Renault Kadjar 1.3 gt line, we saw the car on auto trader, 135 miles away, very interested, rand Mitchells, spoke to Craig Emblem,very nice man who went through the vehicle, condition, mileage etc,very honest about the car as a long way to go and view and get there and nothing like described, but was, test drove, spoke to Craig following day as not there Sunday as day off, said was happy with car, gave us good price on our px, few things needed doing but nothing was too much trouble, and we sorted out before collection, Has fresh new mot put on,went to collect the car, all nice and clean and shiny, very happy with it, Had a coffee went through the details, all signed . Got phone call today to see if all ok and happy,Craig is a great asset to the company and was worth every mile driven to buy the car, Many Thanks Mark Wilkinson

Well what can I say about Mitchell’s Renault in lowestoft what a lovely bunch of people I would like to personally thank Mark Sherwood for his kindness in helping me with my mobility car order although I had to visit the dealership two times because of a computer problem not there fault I can honestly say it was a great experience and I would highly recommend this dealership if you’re looking for a new vehicle

Car went in for first service, all staff were welcoming and attentive. Service completed on time and was kept informed ref collection. Met Craig our salesman again and he was polite and cheerful as always. Dacia cars are excellent value for money and we are really pleased with our purchase.

Our experience with the salesman, Craig Emblem, was very good - and much more pleasant’ than previous experiences with other car salesmen! He restored our faith somewhat in the car purchase business and we would certainly use Mitchell’s again! There wasn’t the usual hard sell - although perhaps we were lucky that we knew what we were looking for!

If you are looking to buy a car Craig is your guy. He was extremely patient while explaining all the ins and outs of the process of purchasing a car but also once some problems popped up, he went over and beyond to resolve them. While being a great professional, Craig is also a very friendly person with good sense of humour which made my experience of purchasing a car stress-free. I will recommend his services to my friends and family.

Second purchase
We have just purchased our second Dacia from Mitchells, Lowestoft and as before the help and advice we received from Craig made the whole process extremely easy. Even though it was pouring with rain when we picked the car up, Craig took as much time as I needed to explain how the electronic handbrake works, and didn't make me feel like an idiot! We won't hesitate to return.

As a lady buyer who visited on my own i was put straigt at ease. From first walking into the showroom, the sale staff were friendly and acknowledged me as they were with other buyers.
They gave me all the info i had asked for in a positive and friendly manner. Sometimes repeating information as i asked could they go over it again. I felt under no pressure, they spent aslong as I needed with me. I returned to find out more info and arrange a test drive. On my third visit, I ordered my car as they told me about options, and I had made my mind up re colour, etc. I would highly recommend a visit to Mitchells as the whole team is helpful and friendly.
