Mitre Linen Reviews

Amazing quality - and very speedy, efficient service.

Beautiful quality towels arrived in 2 days

We have used Mitre Linen for years. We run a busy guest house and cottages and the linen is great value and excellent quality. What really makes Mitre a great experience is their exceptional sales team. Incredibly helpful and friendly a personal advisor is at the end of the phone to guide you through products and get you thr best deal. Thank you team Mitre

Bethan is always so friendly, she gets quotes out immediately and stock and delivery is always spot on ! Thanks Bethan at mitre for fantastic service x

Super fast delivery. Best pillow i have ever slept on.

I first used these pillows in a hotel room and they were really comfy. So I ordered 4 for my own bed. Unfortunately when they came they were hard and so uncomfortable that despite costing nearly £70 I can’t use them. It would be hard to return 4 pillows so now they are just in a cupboard. All that said the service was good.

Easy ordering and fast delivery of items.
Quality of bedding is very good. The feel is soft and washes very well.

Easy to order. Packaged well. Delivery on time.
Only downside was the very high delivery charge due to us living in the Highlands. Will have to consider next time I order.

My business used to buy regularly from Mitre. The prices and quality for duvets and bed linen were always first class - we could not find a company anywhere offering the same service. I sold the business six years ago my wife and I still like to deal with Mitre.

good sales staff,good prices,good delivery

Always quality goods

Prompt service & quality. Very good.

Prompt delivery of quality products. The reviews of the mattress topper repeatedly said people had a wonderful night's sleep at a hotel, looked at the label, bought it from Mitre. My brother is visiting and confirmed it was comfy without overheating (unlike memory foam).

Bought these towels 4 years ago after using them in a holiday cottage. They are still as good as new. Needed to replenish the ensuite towels so decided to buy Savanna towels again. They are so soft wash really well and keep their whiteness. Overall a brilliant product.

Pillows are lovely, delivery very quick

Didn’t give us a choice for delivery had to be the next day , but it didn’t come the next day it was the day after apart from that everything was ok!!

I discovered your pillows after staying at a hotel in Lavenham. There are a superior quality and have already recommended your company to several friends. Having ordered 2 pillows they arrived promptly and very well packaged.
