Nice and easy no fuss service , Thank you

We recently traded in our 2006 L200 and bought a brand new Barbarian X from Luscombe's. Even with Covid restrictions the process was really easy, how car buying should be! Graham and Andy were really helpful and nothing seemed too much trouble. We test drove every pick up on the market but the experience here was a big factor in why we stuck with an L200. Cannot fault Luscombe's at all. 👍

Just had car serviced again. As always first class service from initial phone call to picking car up afterwards. This is the reason I’ve bought my last 2 cars from them. You get the complete package from Luscombe first class from purchase to service to aftercare. 5🌟

When I read "We won't sell you a car, but we'll help you buy one" I took it with a VERY BIG pinch of salt. However, I've got to say that it's absolutely true. I first spoke with Graham, helpful and knowledgeable, about two white Outlander PHEVs in stock and arranged to view.When I viewed the car I was looked after by Andy, again helpful knowledgeable and not pushy.After a test run I ordered the car to pick up the following week. During this time I got an email from Jane with advice on payment etc. I sent her an email on Sunday evening, to be dealt with on Monday, and was amazed to get replies from both herself and Andy that night !!!! On pick up Andy presented me with an immaculately prepared car and fully explained how to make the most of the hybrid technology, I can honestly say that everyone I spoke to, or dealt with, were cheerful, friendly and polite. I would recommend Luscombe to anyone who wants an old fashioned, no pressure experience in buying a car.

Another easy straightforward service from Luscombe Mitsubishi, truck ready 1 hour before the time i had asked for, brilliant service, I wish the Audi and Mercedes dealers in Leeds would send there staff down for a training session.

Checked my car in with ease and was updated throughout the day and my car was ready on time on collections l was very satisfied with the service and the friendly staff a pleasure doing business

Excellent service however I can only give them 4 stars this time. The reason is that one of my tyres had a screw in it and so it needed replacing. Not there fault I hear you say. Nope and I appreciate that they won't carry every type of tyre in stock which is why my car had to go in the following day for a new tyre. The missing 5th star is because I dropped my car off on one day, walked back to work which I admit isn't far, then walk back to collect the car that night to then have to do it all again the following day. I don't mind a walk but all this time was time taken out of my time at work. Luckily where I work is quite understanding and luckily it wasn't far but on the first day it was raining hard and so I got quite wet. How to gain a 5th Star? Offer a courtesy car particularly as the reason I had to bring it back the second day was because you didn't have a tyre in stock. When I dropped it off on day one at 8:30am, I mentioned the tyre and I know from other garage they have ordered tyres that morning and received them the same day so surely they could have checked the damage first, assess if I needed a repair or a new tyre, ordered it and then fitted it in the same day? Or provide a courtesy car for the inconvenience. What if I worked elsewhere? What if ended up not just wet but soaked to the skin with double pneumonia? What if my work docted my money because of the additional time I was out of work walking too and froo to the garage?

Unbelievable effort to make everyone safe. It’s much appreciated by over 70’s who have a few more problems than most. WELL DONE!!!

Took our 12 month car for its first service at Luscombe Mitsubishi. I have to say with Covid19 excellent communication around process of taking the car in, even sent us a video to watch before attending so we knew what to do. In relation to the service great again. We were sent a video by the service engineer showing how it was going, showing us the checks on the tyres, brake disc and pads. Its a first getting a video of our service in progress, grear idea I have to say. All in all very pleased with everything all considered, they even washed and polished my car didnt expect this with Covid19 so well chuffed, it looked brand new! Thank you so much until next time!

My Mitsubishi was due service before covid 19d struck and was cancelled, but true to there word they rang as soon as they were working again to get my car booked in.
Not only that I had a courtesy loan from them and within 4 hours car was ready to collect fantastic customer service the safety check video was 100% on other main dealers they even took the wheels off copper slipped them up before measuring the brake wear properly !!!
Then met the MAIN MAN HIMSELF !!! absolute gentleman, to summarize cannot fault this establishment open and honest and they listen to what the customer has to say ie from the top down they come out and SPEAK TO YOU!!!A big well done.
Ps shame it was not a Phev courtesy car I had !
