Luscombe Mitsubishi Leeds were really helpful and I'd recommend them because the buying experience was made as relaxed and stress free as possible, with children entertained in the lounge area and drinks machine. The slogan on the wall was proved correct: "We won't sell you a car, we will help you buy one".

Excellent service when getting a 24000…
Excellent service when getting a 24000 mile service done. Even got a driver to give me a lift home. Sarah was lovely on the front desk and the manager was genuinely engaged with me as a customer.

Brand new car handed over with less than 10 litres of fuel.
Bought a brand new Mitsubishi PHEV. Collected in evening, it was dark and raining, I was told that the car had enough fuel to cover 138 miles but the fuel indicator light was very low, battery was fully charged. On my way back, just after doing 36 miles, the fuel warning light started blinking causing significant anxiety. I had to pull up at the nearest service station and refuel the tank. The experience has left a bitter taste in my mouth.
Updated on 12 Nov- Following further discussion and the response to my review, I feel it is fair to upgrade the rating to 4 stars. There was a problem with communication, had I been informed that the fuel warning lights start blinking when fuel level drop to less than 7 litres in the tank, all that anxiety could have been avoided. Other than this issue, I have no complaints, everything else was great.

I apologise if you were under the impression that we had filled your petrol tank, but that is not something we do as company practice, given the high cost of fuel today – our policy is to put £15 worth of fuel in the tank, unless the customer asks us to do otherwise at his/her expense. What I really thought was so good that when I was in the waiting area near the coffee machine any member of staff that past ask if l would like a drink,that was just in my view a pleasant experience

Great Expectations!
I had high expectations having read the Luscombe website. Although the sales executive was pleasant and knowledgeable. The car buying at Luscombe, on the day, was similar to my experience of other car dealers. We came away feeling as if we could have done better, (that’s probably due to my too high expectations and being impatient). We are pleased with the car, a Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross. The customer care follow up phone call was a what makes Luscombe’s a step ahead of the others. Would I buy from Luscombes again, yes I would.
