Super helpful to a fault!
I wanted a comic done fast and thought nothing of submitting the artwork in sloppily, and the staff had messaged me about certain pages being out of the cut line. Thankful that they are dedicated to doing comic prints right! I was just in such a rush that I didn't mind the quality - as much as it must have pained them on the other side xD
Fast and helpful! But definitely give yourself a month and not a week to print your work like I did 😅

Cheap & Easy to use!
The online design tool works perfectly! You definitely DO NOT need a degree to figure it out. The process is simple from designing to choosing your paper options and then to clicking order. The best part - customer service respond quickly! Then to top it all off, it’s cheapppp!

Great service for single prints.
Got a single novel print. Very smooth experience setting up the order. Great service throughout- a staff member asked clarifying questions and I was able to respond directly both on the site and by email. My print came out great, and arrived sooner than expected.

Impressed by reviews, disappointed by reality
When i first saw the reviews i was so impressed, my first book and my first project.
This has been the biggest disappointment of my life.
For a week or so i wasn’t able to track my delivery, they kept saying check in 24h and then again and again because UPS takes times..
Nothing changed, then one day while chatting with the support they said oh actually your order was delivered yesterday with another service provider!
I was like really?
I checked, there was no delivery, they said it was delivered to a person X , which is not me obviously, the delivery guy hand it over to a stranger basically if it was ever delivered and then they stopped responding to me.
Money gone, week ruined, and my mood completely changed.
The worst and most unprofessional people i have ever dealt with in my life.

We’re really sorry for the confusion and disappointment this caused, especially with this being your first book and such an important project.
Unfortunately, courier issues can sometimes happen. We also want to reassure you that we didn’t stop responding. Your contacts came through outside our opening hours and were handled by our AI chat companion until our Care Team was available.
Our team has since been able to assist, and a reprint is now being arranged for you. While couriers and automated support may not always get everything right, we’ll always step in and do our best to put things right when something goes wrong.
The print quality was good but...
The print quality was good, but I had a disappointing experience with international shipping. A book sent from the UK to Spain was held in customs because import charges had to be paid online before delivery. The recipient expected to pay DHL at the door, so the parcel was returned to Mixam. Unfortunately, Mixam would only resend the book if I paid for shipping again, even though the return was caused by a misunderstanding over the customs payment process. I would have appreciated a more customer-friendly solution.

Hi Trevor , Thank you for sharing your feedback. We were a little surprised to see this review relates to an order from September 2025, particularly as you’ve placed several successful orders with us since then.
International customs fees are highlighted during the ordering process, and any payment requests or delivery updates are sent directly by the courier to both the purchaser and recipient. Unfortunately, if those notifications are missed and the required charges aren’t paid, the courier may return the parcel to us. As the return wasn’t caused by a printing or dispatch error on Mixam’s side, a further shipping charge was required to send the order again.
We’re sorry this experience has clearly remained a concern for you nearly a year later. For future international deliveries, we recommend keeping a close eye on all shipping communications from both Mixam and the courier, and asking the recipient to do the same, so any customs requests can be completed before the parcel is returned.
Amazing
Amazing. I ordered 4 hardback copies of my Masters dissertation. The system is a bit unintuitive but once I got the hang of it, it was very easy to add covers and spine and all that. The ordering process was quite simple and the finished product is BEAUTIFUL. I am very pleased and will order again, next up a few paperback copies!

I've used Mixam several times for printing booklets in the last 4 years and every time they have done the work quickly and delivered in good time. The quality is great and prices reasonable (it looks like better prices if you can do a job at their quiet times). Amazing work and I recommend them very highly.

A1 in every respect.
The process of uploading my book was simple and straightforward made more so by the ease of checking everything before giving the go-ahead. The cost was incredibly low and the quality of the end product was superior to what I had paid for before. A1 in every respect.
