[M-K-I MEE-YOU-KEY ZO-KU] MKI takes their name from a youth tribe formed during the summer of ’64 in Ginza, Japan. Names after their storefront loitering on Miyuki Street, the Miyuki-Zoku were the first Japanese to adopt Ivy League style. The group (Zoku) created mass hysteria amongst the conservative population, with their forward thinking attitude and revolutionary style of dress; the streetwear of its time. The MKI Team continue to ta inspiration from the ideology the Miyuki-Zoku was founded upon, channelling the groups attitude toward fashion, styling and culture; in turn cultivating a new age community. MKI - Good and Bad
Great brand but unfortunately the model on the website misleads you on making out that certain fits look of the tops and jackets more oversized than they actually are. Ridiculously tight neckline on the tees. Sweatshirts and hoodies are a great fit. Packaging is terrible just paper bags that rip easily and if you need to return something you can't even reseal it. They are saying it's better for the environment but MKI have forgotten logic and practicality for customers . No one cares about the ethical crap. We all have busy lives and need to have something convenient for the customer!

Not a great customer service experience
This has nothing to do with the quality of the clothes (wouldn't know as I haven't received them yet), but I was sent a refund for a hoodie while the item was still in stock and didn't even get a generic automated apology. Maybe I'm expecting too much, but that seems like poor customer service to me.

Slow Delivery Service
Item wasn't delivered in the expected time frame even though the more expensive delivery option was selected. Apparently everything was processed within there internal guidelines but as a result my customer experience was very disappointing and I will not be ordering directly from them again.
