Eccles (my dog) visited MK Veterinary Group for his yearly medical check and vaccination. He was apprehensive at first, but having seen Sonja he soon settled down.

Great practice. Have been coming for four years. Always give great service and advice and are so kind to my dog.

Local surgery maintains friendly and welcoming approach that ee have come to expect after many years of experience with this vet group.

I received excellent service from when I entered the surgery in Stony Stratford. The receptionists were cheerful and welcoming. Grace was seen by a vet very quickly and was treated gently with great care. Her condition was quickly identified and she has been given treatment, which has resulted in a speedy recovery. When I was ready to leave, the vet without any request on my part, kindly carried Grace to the reception as I’m 85 with a recent knee replacement. A receptionist then carried Grace to my car, so exceptional service throughout my visit.

The staff at the Whaddon Way practice made my VERY nervous pug welcome and relaxed for his first visit and vaccinations. He is usually a right mess with extreme levels of distress but the vet especially made him relaxed and calmed his nerves alot. My dog left a lot calmer than with other vets so it is a massive thumbs up and a big thank you.

The reception team were friendly. The vet was very good with my cat who wasn't too thrilled to be there! Clear and friendly approach and gave a thorough check over.

I've been with this vets group for over 30 years. Excellent service from receptionists, nurses and vets. Very compassionate and professional. Always.
Visited yesterday with my cat for an immunisation booster. Cat wasn't well behaved infact she scratched the poor vets face. The vet was so calm and professional despite her injury. I don't think I would have managed to maintain that level of composure!
This is just one example of the excellent care that my animals and I have received over the years. Highly recommend.

I have 5 bunnies that all receive quite regular care from this veterinary group . From the small things like nail clips to the bigger things like surgery and overnight stays, there’s nowhere else I’d rather take them. We are always met with care and compassion and I feel my buns are in very good hands. They’ve explained every medical procedure and test thoroughly and offered advice when needed. They’ve always given me updates when my buns are in their care which helps put my mind at ease. It’s easy to communicate with them and book in routine or emergency appointments. I am grateful for all the care that they provide to my buns, some of which have been life saving.

As always we received an excellent service from all of the team we interacted with at the Stony branch this Tuesday evening.
Would thoroughly recommend MK Veterinary Group to anyone looking a good trustworthy vets.

Staff is always friendly and welcoming. My cats are well treated even when trimming nails is almos a cat fight, the vet always has a smile and remembers their names and prior ailments. I truly recommed them for any pet treatment even just checkups.

Lovely vet, she couldn’t find my cats records as she was a rescue,,through perseverance she found her! As my cat is very hard to get in a cat carrier! She gave me a few tips to help for future visits

What a lovely compassionate Vet at Whaddon Way, our 2 elderly cats ( turning 17 shortly) have been going there for most their lives ( a couple of visits to Stoke Road as well) . I found her so caring for their wellbeing not pushing the tests available, where I’m sure others would x

I love going to MKVG and have been with them for so many years now. Always friendly staff and the vets are great. No matter what my pet needs they are on it. And have always given the best care to my pets, I cannot fault them at all

The whole process is structured and very easy to follow. Doctor was super with Billy. She took her time and gave him a chance to get to know her. She explained all steps and everything she would do to me. Gave Billy time to adjust and calm down. The same for the reception team. All very helpful and super friendly with the dog and the owner. Great place to come to we feel our dog is always in good hands.
