Applicazione non affidabile!!! Dopo mesi di raccolta punti e anni di utilizzo, il mio account è stato bloccato improvvisamente proprio al momento di riscattare il premio senza motivo.Sconsiglio l'installazione!!

Didnt even download it.! But can say one thing there a lie or false information the BBB DOES NOT RATE THEM AN A+ as they state in the description. The BBB rates the an F! LOOKED IT UP MY SELF.

I've had mobile expression in the past and got rid of it because I kept forgetting to turn the VPN on. I downloaded it a week ago I go to cash out my reward on July 6th 2026 and it says my account is locked I emailed them two days in a row and still have not got a response back. So this app has ignorant people running it who would rather lose subscribers then help them out and get their reward that you're supposed to be able to claim. so I suggest that nobody should download this app because the people are incompetent ignorant and just plain out don't care if they're subscribers are able to claim their rewards or not!!

Llevaba 2 años usando mobile expression y de la nada me bloquearon la cuenta, sin decirme el motivo... lo único que han dicho es: (Tras revisar su cuenta más a fondo, confirmamos que no cumplió con los requisitos de participación) yo quedé sin entender nada... ya que no hice nada malo. Así que no os fiéis de esta app, porque a cualquier momento te cerrarán la cuenta sin motivos.

I have been with mobile expression for years. Never had any problem claiming my £20 voucher before. This time ( June 2026 ) I was blocked from receiving it. So now I have given them free data for 10 weeks and they won’t pay up.

Hi. I don't know why I get cut off out of £20 vouchers transaction !!! They trying to be smart,explain to me the fact I don't get connect everyday they can't collect all my data I'm out.Yes but before cut me out I will like to have my voucher .I feel , I have been Con by them (Mobile Expression)Full of bulshit that company say . Please I need my voucher asap . I don't think so I could advise my friends and family to use it.They are Con and scam.Everyone must know this software company are scam.

I've been with them for a few years now and I've had no problems and always got my rewards on time.

Worst experience as a first time user ... seriously guys don't fall prey for this stupid scam app...first of all they Lure you with credits and giftcards just for activating the vpn on your mobile and get access to your privacy and all data on the phone and at the time of redemption they lock your account...big time scammers period.

Tras varios años que todo iba bien me cancelaron la cuenta a la hora de canjear los créditos. Porque no avisaron antes? Así yo no estaría colaborando. Y OJO no te avisan que debes quitar el certificado al desinstalar app. Te pueden seguir rastreando gratis. Si os han cancelado cuenta no olvidéis borrar certificado!!!!

Mobilexpression non funziona con il codice del mio android

My family member referred me to this app thinking it would be a great way for us to earn rewards. Instead, we all got blocked. MobileXpression’s system is clearly incapable of distinguishing between different people living in the same house. They claim we are 'duplicate accounts' just because we share a Wi-Fi connection.
​Even though we are all separate adults with our own phones, they shut us all down and kept the data they’ve been tracking for months. It’s a convenient way for them to avoid paying out rewards. I offered to prove my identity, but they don't care. They got what they wanted (my data) and gave nothing in return. Absolute waste of time

I am extremely disappointed with MobileXpression. This company encourages you to refer family members, but the moment you do, their "security algorithm" flags the entire household as a single user. We have three separate adults in this house—all with unique devices and accounts—yet we have all been blocked.

The most frustrating part? They continued to track our data for weeks and months, but the moment we reached a payout threshold, they locked us out for "violating terms." It feels like a bait-and-switch scam designed to harvest personal data without ever fulfilling the reward.

Customer support is useless. I offered to provide IDs for every person in the house to prove we are unique individuals, and they ignored the offer with a generic, "decision is final" response. If you live with anyone else who uses this app, stay away. They will take your information and then find a technicality to keep your earnings. Extremely unethical.

Después de varios años de estar participando de forma activa con mi teléfono teniendo activa una app con la que mediante una vpn las 24 horas recogían de todo tipo de información, voy a canjear mis puntos y me dicen que como no cumplía con las directrices de participacion, y eso teniendo en cuenta lo de arriba mencionado me han cancelado mi bono de amazon y quedado los puntos y bloqueado mi cuenta. Les voy a demandar via judicial por todos mis datos recopilados en ese sentido a mala fe.

L'ho usato per anni questo app. Sempre attiva come membro, poi per una volta che non sono riuscita a ritirare i crediti, mi hanno bloccato completamente anche i crediti che avevo già accumulato. Pessima gestione, potevano semplicemente bloccare i 300 crediti di quella settimana.

To me mobilexpressions is a total rip off I have been with them for quiet sometimes and mind you im completely honest from the beginning about my device and now when it becomes time to cash out I get a message saying that my award account is locked so I email mobilexpressions and now that they have gotten all the info they wanted off my phone they rell me that I didn't meet the requirements for the incentive program they don't even deserve a star people your phones has very very private information on them take it gpfrom someone who knows be careful who you let into your phone

Ho utilizzato Mobilexpression per vari anni senza problemi, continuando a riscattare i miei punti fino a qualche giorno fa, quando nel momento della riscossione mi bloccano l'account e alla richiesta di spiegazioni rispondono con motivazioni sommarie e incomprensibili, tant'è che non mi è ancora chiaro il motivo. Avendo però raggiunto la soglia punti ed effettuato il riscatto, sarebbe stato corretto erogare il buono e poi eventualmente comunicare la sospensione con delle chiare motivazioni.

Was good for a few years now I too am having issues locking my account after trying to claim a giftcard. I would becareful of this company, don't hedge your bets on getting anything after 1 successful claim.

I was a consistent user for 7 years. I recently got a new phone and was locked out. I contacted support only to get this snotty response. I've only turned off the VPN occasionally when it was actively blocking me from doing things on my phone.
