I have used for a couple of years successfully. Recently which claiming a 20 credit reward l was locked out of my account. I have contacted support online and by email with zero response. Not a happy bunny! Also the app interferes with my Mercedes phone connection

I used mobileexpression for a couple of years. I enjoyed redeeming giftcards every 6 weeks or so. I went to redeem s giftcard in late March and my account was locked. I emailed support and received a generic response. I've emailed 6 or 7 times and I've received a copy and pasted response to 3 of them. It is a legit application but they will pull the plug abruptly and without notice.

2025-04-09 update: support has contacted me to advise they have unlocked my account. While it was frustrating to work with them, I am happy to continue using their service.

After using Mobilexpression for over 6 years my account was blocked. I sent several emails to their help desk and only after 5 messages did they respond to say my order was flagged and the account would remain locked. I had £50 in vouchers in the App, which I have now lost. They provided no reason as to why my account was blocked.
I do not trust this organisation.

I have used MobileXpression for a number of years now. It used to be great, Now I can't get them to fulfil my voucher order from redeemed credit.
I ordered a few weeks ago, left a message via their online form in the 'help' section and emailed customer support, both several times and still no response.
I'm very disappointed.

Within 48 hours of signing up for this service I started receiving multiple fraudulent attempts on credit cards and banking services !!!BEWARE!!!!

Got my wife to reluctantly sign up to this. She installed VPN etc., and has been receiving 1 credit for many, many weeks now - with no issues flagged up from Mobilexpressions - clearly they were happy enough with her participation, given they rewarded her with a credit every week. Today, she had 40 credits. So, she tried to exchange for 2x £20 Amazon vouchers. She followed the process and tried to place the order, only to find her account being locked immediately. On contacting Mobilexpressions, they said it had been flagged and cancelled by their security program and said that "you did not fulfill the necessary participation requirements needed to qualify for the incentive". If this is the case, then why have they been sending her a credit weekly, if she is not doing things correctly? This seems just like a con, and if they are not honouring their side, then technically they have been taking her information illegally. Do not install this app as they no doubt will do similar to you. Also, I will be airing my views on as much social media as i can, about the appauling way they have gone on with my wife - absolutelly disgusting and it seems she has been scammed so the VPN will be now uninstalled, as whats the point have it slow down her phone, if she is not getting anything in return ---------------------------------------------------------------------
Edit, 25/11/2024 - after my wife has been in contact with Mobilexpression, they communicated well with her and resolved her issue. It seems the company is decent after all and hopefully, my above review will not happen to anyone else. Thanks Mobilexpression for sorting this issue - 5 star customer service.

Mobilexpression!! Very good app in my opinion. I've been drinking energy drinks free for weeks. I didn't have to do anything cheers🍷

I downloaded the app. I couldn't get the certificate to install and no one from support responded to my request for assistance so I Uninstall the app. They sent me an email to try again with a bonus. I did. This time there were no issues. They say if you get 30 units you can redeem it. I tried to and they locked my rewards account. I got an email today saying I did not fulfill the requirements. Which I did in order to have the cash out option. They said their security team cancelled my request and lock my account and basically the decision stands. Needless to say I Uninstaller this app searched for the VPN They use and revoked their certificate on my phone.

Ho installato l'app sul secondo telefono, quello appunto destinato alle app non fondamentali, per non appesantire inutilmente il telefono principale. Comunque un telefono che uso quotidianamente.

A marzo 2023 ho riscattato il primo buono Amazon da 5€, l'ultimo a settembre 2024. Usato con continuità, mai un problema.

Una stellina in meno perché penso che la ricompensa non possa essere inferiore a 5€ al mese.

La ricompensa era di 300 crediti a settimana e ne servivano 1800 per riscattare 5€. Quindi ogni 6 settimane si incassava. Ora i punti necessari sono saliti a 2100. 7 settimane. Siamo vicini ai 5€ ogni 2 mesi. Non va bene e non so se continuerò a usarla.

I've been using it for years I've got many gift cards for Amazon.
I've run into a problem once were they said my account was closed as VPN was off for certain time. I contacted them they gave me generic response in other words too bad.
I noticed that the VPN was still on and they were using me even though I didn't have an account and as soon as I replied and told them that my account was back up all my points were there and I've never had an issue since. People say that this happens it will happen it does but if you do what I did you'll see that VPN still on. I mentioned was it even legal what they were doing and how many other people did they do this to my account was back up in the second and it's never happened since so it is good you do get the rewards you do get them right away I don't know why people are saying it takes forever it takes about a day. I'm not going to install a certificate on my phone they want me to that gives them way too much access. When you do install it go to your VPN setting and you'll see you can put it to be always on put it all is on and you'll never have to worry about the trouble I recommend it and if you ever have trouble just do what I did

Mobile expressions vis a scam I cash out 10 dollars and never got my money I'm disappointed 😔

Participaba con MobileXpression (una plataforma de consumo y "encuesta" pero de modelo pasivo) solo tienes que tener activada la app MobileXpression.

Durante 6 años aprox. facilitándole vía VPN el control de el acceso a mí navegacion y uso de móvil en temas de visitas web y trafico de red.
A cambio, cada 4 o 5 semanas (Mes y medio) me ofrecían 5€ o 10€ en cheque de Amazon Prime o Primark.

El mes de Junio de 2024 me envían una correo electrónico en el que si base de datos o servidor (NUNCA CONCRETAN EL ERROR O ORIGEN DEL PROBLEMA), ha detectado un fallo o y me retiran o bloquean mi cuenta, quedándose ellos con los datos de participación de 2 meses + los Puntos que había acumulado y aún no había retirada, y no te ofrecen una atención al cliente, cuando desde la web www.mobilexpression.*com en su formulario de ayuda o desde sus correos electrónico:

O la dirección de correo electrónico donde te informan del bloqueo:

... te responden solo desde el primer correo y usan un copia / pega; quiero decir, un resumen que les envía a todos los usuarios cuando ya no les renta tenerlo en su plataforma al tener ganancias, a pesar que ellos usen tus datos de red bajo una VPN. ...

Por último he leído por caso y la historia de algunos, como una tal Sergio, Mateo, Virginia, que han denunciado el caso y les han recuperado la cuenta y proseguido con la participación y Canje de sus puntos.

Hace 2 días les envié un correo determinante por estafa, en caso de que no se me restaure mi cuenta para seguir participando y canjear mis cheques, mañana Lunes 2 de Septiembre, pondré denuncia vía Judicial y con abogado de oficio por malversación de datos y uso indebido de ellos bajo conexión de pretender que estuviese conectado 24h al día bajo VPN sin adquirir recompensa en el futuro.

I've been using them for years. I've just cashed out my umpteenth £20 voucher. That's £680 in total for me over several years. I can't fault them. They pay out fast. If for some reason it's not been paid in 5 working days, I then contact them and it's with me in a few hours.

Devo dare 1 stella per scrivere la recensione. Sono pietosi, non hanno argomenti per motivare il blocco dell'account perciò scrivono di frustrazione da parte mia.

Pongo 4 estrellas, no porque la app sea malaz porque ya he cobrado 3 veces 15€ para amazon pero el problema es que me va lento internet, hoy la he deshabilitado por probar y me ha ido bien internet. Pero se vuelve a habilitar sola. Pero que sepáis que si paga.

Dopo qualche tempo i buoni inviati sono inutilizzabili. Se protesti ti dicono di scrivere, ma gli indirizzi che ti danno non ti consentono di farlo visto che scatta l'errore. Se ci fossero stelle in negativo le darei tutte. Non vi fidate!!!!!!!!

Edit: after the Review they unlocked my account, even though they said the decision was final.

Legitimate application, I been using mobile expressions 3 years + and 20 weeks for a £20 amazon voucher is worth it but lately the app doesn't work as well, been locked out and having to email them allot. It's been allot of finicky issues lately so being transparent to people. It
is worth it as all you do is go on the app every week and let it use your web proxy but that's it.

Update they blocked me from using it last night claiming I'm not using the application yet it's on every day and there code of practice is awful now highly avoid mobilexpression!.

I've been using this app for 3yrs+ now and the only issue I'd get is when I'd go for a holiday. So what I do every time I go abroad is inform them. They'd tell me to turn it off and just turn it on when I'm back to avoid vpn issues. My account is locked when I redeem a voucher after a holiday so I have to inform them that I'm back. It's a pain when they flag your account and they always send a default reply and I gotta send another email to get past that but it always gets solved for me. Another thing that works is leaving a feedback on googleplay. They reply there and tell you to email them (which really is the same email that sent you a default reply) but whenever I sent an email saying I was told to, it got sorted.

Funziona sempre benissimo tranne oggi che sia a me che a un'altra persona che ho sentito non si apre a qualcun'altra è successo? È un problema di sito?
