So I ordered them very easy to order on website. I have now received my shoes and they are fabulous. Only took a few days to recieve them. Thank you so much for these fabulous shoes which are very comfortable I love them.

Terrible customer service experience.

Antwoord van Moda in Pelle
We’re sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your experience.
Having reviewed the matter, the issue reported was related to the fit of the sandals being too wide. Unfortunately, a fitting or suitability issue would not be considered a manufacturing fault with the product.
That said, our Customer Services team have been in contact with you and have offered alternative option to help resolve the matter.
Best wishes,

Stylish Ankle Boots
I was looking for these boots a while back & they were not available, so as soon as I saw them on line, I decided to purchase. It's a pity half sizes are not available as they are more pointed than anticipated & therefore fairly long. Otherwise a very stylish looking ankle boot with stud detail.

Antwoord van Moda in Pelle
We're so glad you were able to purchase the boots you'd been looking for! We appreciate your feedback regarding the sizing, particularly the absence of half sizes and the more pointed design. We understand how important a perfect fit is, and we're always looking for ways to improve our offerings. We're happy to hear you find them stylish.

Shoes not bad
Shoes not bad, this review will go out for refund only as shoes don't fit properly i need to return. What I don't like is as I need to pay so much of a postage as shoes are heavy. And there are only limited number of shops that I can go to return them and it makes it not possible. For this reason I will not buy again from them online.
