DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They are thieves- took money in Fenwick store branch. Said they would deliver 2 pairs by post as it wasn't in stock. One pair arrived. The other didn't. The store doesn't want to look into it. Customer service number is not answered. No one responds to emails. You cannot get something you paid for, nor can you get your money back. With 35% of reviews here as 1 star with the same issue, its not worth wasting your time with them. Fenwick's should get rid of this concession from their store. They are a blot on their reputation.

22 days and still no refund…
Delivery isn’t fast and returns are painfully slow. My return was delivered to them 26th August. Today is 17th September and STILL not refunded. This falls outside their own policy (10 working days) AND government online selling regulations (14 calendar days). Extremely disappointing.

Order not delivered and company reneged
I ordered a pair of Shoonboots and a pair of Shoon loafers at the start of September 2026. After a week still no delivery of said items. I emailed MlP customer service-they apologised for delay and said both items were being dispatched. Another 5 days passed-no delivery. Again I wrote to customer service and again I was told there was a delay. A few days later, I was advised the loafers were no longer in stock, and I was to be refunded. I immediately checked website- there was availability in my size and many other sizes. The difference was that the price had been hiked up from original selling price of £45 to £103.
The boots arrived yesterday (15.9.26), though no loafers. I had been waiting for these for work purposes.
I bought these items in good faith. I feel that Mode le Pelle were dishonourable and did not fulfil the order because of the hike in price. When I informed them that there were plenty of availability of size 7 if the black loafers by SHOON I had bought as I had checked website, they ignored me, and refunded the £45 to my account. Were the loafers priced wrongly, is this why the order was not delivered? I cannot conclude anything else. A huge company like Mode le Pelle could have been forthright with their excuses, and instead fulfilled the order at price that was advertised. Very poor behaviour, disappointing and dishonest. Got an offer of 10% of my 'next' purchase. Not sure I'll make another purchase from this company given this poor experience.

Fabulous shoes at a great price
I had seen the shoes on QVC but they never had them in my size. I had a look at moda in pelle website and couldn't believe they had my size I'm only size 3. So I ordered them very easy to order on website. I have now received my shoes and they are fabulous. Only took a few days to recieve them. Thank you so much for these fabulous shoes which are very comfortable I love them.
