It was just impossible to get the boots…
It was just impossible to get the boots on. Managed to get one foot in but there was no way the other boot would go on my foot. I have never had this problem before with Moda before. Did read other reviews that said the same I should have gone by what they said! Now I have to pay to send back.

Disappointed Quality and Service
The trainers arrived with the tongue of the left trainer not being attached and therefore not fit for purpose. I called immediately and was asked to email photos. I did this and then heard nothing. For two days the phone was not accepting calls and the chat facility on the website was not working. Eventually I got through to a representative who immediately emailed me a returns label and said I would be refunded.

My last two purchases from Moda in…
My last two purchases from Moda in Pelle have been fraught. I returned a worn pair which arrived as new and had to pay the postage myself so they gave me a credit. Then ordered three pairs of ankle boots with a 10% discount as an apology but such poor quality that I have returned them at my expense. The standard of product and service has declined since my last purchase in 2024.

I still haven't received my parcel. Evri (the worst 'delivery' service in the world) has had it in it's depot for a week.
I am writing today for a full refund.

Looks good but it’s all plastic and uncomfortable
The shoes look very nice and stylish, but to my disappointment is all plastic, which I did not expect from a brand called “Fashion in leather”!! I could not see the material spec on the website but I trusted the brand as a leather first product provider. I even saw the same shoes for half the price in Debenhams and I refused to believe they were the same product, but sadly they are plastic indeed, the size (4UK) is a lot bigger than a normal UK size and they feel very uncomfortable. I should have returned them straight away but I was hopeful they’d be comfy, but sadly they are not.

Slow refund
Pumps too small (41 is not really a size 8) Very slow to refund and only once I had chased up, stated they hadn’t received them until 16th when I had a tracking receipt saying they’d been delivered on the 10th.
