Fantastic customer service
Emailed due to faulty clasp on sandal. After the time allowed. Immediate response apologising and offered a refund or a new poor of sandals. I opted for the new pair. All sorted in 6 days.

Delivery instructions ignored
No notice had been taken of the delivery instructions, as delivered to my neighbours house and left on doorstep. The photo sent supposedly my parcel being delivered was not my parcel, wrong shape and size and was being handed to someone. And finally it arrived much earlier than had been notified (twice).

Customer service is terrible
Customer service is terrible. I first contacted them on 22/8 to explain they had sent the wrong size. I had to send photos which I did on 29/8 as on holiday. They sent me a rerurn label on 8/9 by then had already returned as fed up of waiting. The shoes were delivered back to them on 7/9. On 19/9 told I would receive my refund by 1/10!

A good experience
Easy ordering and fast delivery. Sizing is true. Sandals are fabulous but just wish some glue wasn't visible.

Great shoes, terrible delivery service
The footwear from Moda in Pelle has been excellent. I love their shoes, and they fit me incredibly well. Unfortunately, the last two times I've ordered from them, the packages have arrived torn and the boxes inside damaged. If they could get a courier who could get the shoes to me safely, the score would definitely be 5*, but I never know if they'll get to me safely

There are so many mixed/bad reviews on…
There are so many mixed/bad reviews on these boots that I was skeptical but I needn't have been. These boots are gorgeous. They can be worn all day. Not tight across the width like some reviews suggest. I liked them so much I bought a pair of brown ones as well.
