I got a Shoe on the website and I’ve been trying to return it for days. I don’t have a printer. It’s so difficult. I don’t know why a returne label was not placed in my Shoe pack. I can’t print out the label. I can’t return the shoe and I spent money buying the shoe that’s not my size can’t wear it.

Absolutely shocking!
Absolutely shocking!
Ordered boots size UK6 ,when arrived i was gobsmacked with the cheap quality not to mention i couldn't even put my foot in it as they were so tight, but ok it happens ,i dont have a massive wide foot but decided to return since i cant use the boots. Had to by my own postage label.Boots sent back and after 10 days i had to email asking for a refund, no email confirming that they have received the parcel or any other confirmation of receiving the goods back. Then after another week i received a refund and its not even in full. I have paid £26.95 and refund was £24. I mean i never seen anything like this. I definitely wont be ordering from this site ever again. I dont usually leave a review but this is beyond disappointing shopping experience and customer service.

Beautiful wedge sandals and ever so comfy! I can't really wear heals and was anticipating needing to switch out of these into flats part way through a party. Much to my delight, I was able to stay comfortable all night and into the wee small hours! Also as always with MiP, shoes well packaged and super quick delivery. I bought these in the sale which feels like a steal!
