Terrible
You took far too long to deliver my sandals weeks. They were then of no use as I had already embarked on my holiday. The package arrived torn and not suitable for purpose. The packing was to small and flimsy.
I then had the pleasure of paying for postage to return as I no longer needed the shoes. I will not be using your online service again. It is truly poor in every way and does not offer the quality of service of other footwear retailers.
You just do better.

Absolutely appalling returns experience.
I returned my order on 23 August using Moda in Pelle’s own Evri returns service. I have the drop-off confirmation and tracking number, and their own email told me to allow up to 7 working days for the parcel to reach them.
It’s now been a month and I still don’t have my refund.
I contacted them expecting them to look into what had happened. Instead, I was told to “check your postage receipt for tracking information and use it to monitor the progress of your parcel” and then, unbelievably, to “keep us updated on your progress”.
What progress exactly? I handed the parcel to the courier Moda in Pelle provided. I have proof of return. If Evri has failed to get it to their warehouse, surely that is something Moda in Pelle needs to investigate with their courier, rather than asking the customer to keep chasing it.
They also told me they need to wait until the parcel physically arrives before they can refund me. So apparently I can be left indefinitely without the goods AND without my money because their chosen courier hasn’t completed the return.
I’ve since read reviews from other customers describing similar problems with returns and refunds and genuinely wish I’d read them before ordering.
Really poor experience and I certainly won’t be ordering from them again.
