Great selection, good delivery cost and letting one know stock status at chosen store location giving you an informed choice of delivery options.

I added a pair of Blundstone 067 boots to my basket, which were listed as available. Before checkout, I was prompted to share my email address for an additional 5% discount, only to be informed afterwards that home delivery was unavailable. As the price was very good, I entered my postcode to check for collection options; however, none of the locations had the item in stock.

Excellent product at a reasonable price and at a busy time like Christmas the delivery was very quick.

First time I’ve used this company - item is really good quality & the price was unbeatable. Not only that but the item arrived before Christmas despite being order the week before. Will definitely be buying from them again.

First time using click and collect. On collection order jammed up computer on till and it was almost 15 mins later when staff had to give up and radio yard to confirm I could collect order which I was told would all be put together. It wasnt and after I'd collected yard items staff member had to come back into store to pick up the other items. Staff were great but the whole exercise took well over 30 mins

I’ve given 5 stars because I can’t fault Mole online, I ordered my goods,they were despatched in 3 days, the courier just didn’t deliver
After being in transit for 5 days and no further update from the courier after them mailing that delivery date, I contacted Mole online for advice / help. Support was given within the hour,They contacted the courier who informed them there was no trace of the parcel,I was offered a full refund or a replacement.Before I answered that, the parcel was delivered,a week after it should have been, —to a neighbour, and a card through my door to say where it was — trouble is,I was in the whole time — no knock, no attempt to deliver to me

I was so disappointed when I.wnt to my local shop as I had seen the dog toy I wanted. I should have got it when I saw it buti didn't. The staff looked In the cages for me but no. They were very good. Then on said try on line . So I did. I hadn't even thought to do that. They had one giant rat in Bridgwater. So I ordered it delivered. So so happy. He arrived my doggy is going to go nuts when she sees it. The smaller rat toys from mole valley are her favourite she had 4 but you can never have to many toys.

Easy purchase and collect at local store. Staff at the store are helpful as usual.

The company is doing well with there pricing alson good delivery times.
