Everybody was nice and my service was fast!!!

My grandson had an appointment to see Dr. Shah for a tooth that hurt and swollen gums. After an x-ray it was determined that he had a fractured jaw due to a fall he had 3 days earlier. Dr. Shah called an oral surgeon immediately and gave us an appointment to see him that day. Thank you Dr. Shah for your care and concern for my grandson. It is very much appreciated.

I appreciate that the dentist asked, "how are you doing?" and "are you ok?" throughout the cleaning.

I couldn't have asked for a better dentist to do my root canal Dr.Greene is awesome. He's willing to help his patients need's. He is an over all most professional doctor I've ever met. His staff is amazing every single one of them. Katrina is awesome person that really helped financialy. I wouls recommend any one Monarch Dental !!!!

I rarely have to wait more than 5 minutes. I really like the friendly, upbeat and efficient people that do my teeth and handle the finances. The office is pleasant and clean. Dr. Lee is a wonderful dentist and Ashley is a great dental hygentist. The office staff are all friendly and prompt while dealing with all the finances. I highly recommend this group to others.

Surprising the charge was more than double what it cost to have a tooth extraction without insurance. With insurance it was double what it cost to have a tooth extraction. With insurance to have teeth cleaning was over $800. Not sure what clientele that they normally serve but not many people can afford these extravagant prices. This would be called price gouging.

Took time to make sure that it fit correctly.

I had partials made and very pleased with them. Doc. listened to my needs and fulfilled them perfectly, WOW how cool is that!

I was told my appt was at 3:00pm. When I arrived at 3:00pm, I found out they had scheduled me for 2:00 pm? They could not take me or Fit me in at all that day. I had to schedule another appt for another day! Very inconvenient for me!

Great Experience regarding all aspects of the visit!

The dentists, assistants, hygienists, front desk...everyone...are very friendly and professional. My dentist, Dr. Wheeler, worked up a treatment plan for my care and we are just working through it. Usually dentist visits are kind of scary, but I no longer have that with Monarch! :)

Had a little wait time

The wait for this appointment was under 10 minutes, much better than our past appointment when we waited over 30 to be seen.

So far so good even though I have cracked my temp crown twice. Friendly staff.

Terrible. Worst dental experience of my life! (Been going to the dentist for over 40 years, btw) Went in to establish new dentist and get cleaning. They said I needed 2 crowns. Took SEVERAL(6) attempts because they didn't fit and they kept breaking them while they were putting them on. I ended up being numbed 3 times because they coundn't get it right. Felt like I was going to the butcher instead of the dentist. Never did get a cleaning either. Probably will NEVER go to the dentist again in my life, because of this experience! Absolutely terrible!

The hygienist I saw was great!
However. The overall experience was a headache because the office I made the appointment at was shut down and no one called me to inform me or re-book. So I showed up to a locked down office. I had to call them to reschedule, and none of the physical records were transferred, so they had to have me fill out ALL the paperwork all over again and re-do my gum... count... thing. Whatever that's called.
They should have called me to reschedule, and they should have moved the records over. I know they're having staffing problems but putting all the onus on the consumer to manage their work-around is ridiculous.

It was good and clean reall good on my teeth by this lady. Who did very good job thank u
