Suite à la réception de votre lettre de refus de visa, votre demande a été traitée conformément aux conditions du contrat. Le remboursement a été effectué après déduction des frais administratifs prévus.
Nos délais de traitement sont de 30 jours maximum à compter de la réception des éléments complets, et votre dossier a été traité dans ce délai.
La réception du virement dépend ensuite des délais bancaires, indépendants de notre société, et peut nécessiter plusieurs jours supplémentaires.

Way cheaper than the competition in the US.
We purchased travel insurance through Mondassur several times now. Fortunately, we never needed to claim a thing, but the insurance purchase was completed in 5 minutes. Very easy, cheaper than all the American insurance companies, and all in all very convenient.

Great Product for frequent travelers!
We would have liked to see more information relating to the coverage as it relates to the rest of Europe outside of France. We understand from one headline that the rest of Europe/Schengen is covered on our policy, but we couldn't find anymore details about that...
But all looks great, and we're happy to be new policy-holders!

Regarding coverage in Europe, your policy indeed provides coverage throughout the Schengen area and the rest of Europe according to the geographical zone indicated in your contract. The level of benefits remains the same within this zone. The detailed list of countries and applicable zones can be found in the brochure and the general conditions of your policy.

For years Mondassur has been my insurance partner when traveling abroad. Easy to reach, friendly and competent advisors in your language at the support center assisting when needed to choose the product meeting your specific requirements. Great Team 🇫🇷 and great insurance company providing coverage. Were there for me when I found myself in an health emergency while traveling in the USA - making that impactful incident less worrisome having a global player insurance partner providing the policy.
