Bought insurance for my trip but unfortunately some family members can’t secure a visa due to lack of interview appointments with VFSglobal. Insurte customer service is one of the most responsive and helpful even when you’re canceling the insurance for a refund. Insurte will be my go to insurance for my trips.

I was able to get travel insurance for a Schengen Visa application. The process was so simple, easy, and streamlined. Even when I needed urgent amendments to my policy (due to mistakes made on my part during the application), they were quick to help me via email. Highly recommend, and many thanks to Brad from Insurte who helped me with the amendments.

C'est ma 2e fois que j'utilise Insurte pour mes assurances voyage et je suis très satisfait de la prise en charge. La première fois, je devais modifier le contrat parce qu'un membre de ma famille n'avait pas eu de visa et la prise en charge était très rapide. Pour la 2e c'était pour annuler un contrat d'assurance en double à cause d'une erreur qui s'était glissée sur un numéro de passeport.

They reached out and solved the problem. I will be getting another policy with them now.
Don't expect a refund if you need to cancel within the terms.
