I have just paid these people £914 for travel insurance. The website crashed after payment and I did not recieve my certificate, yet they have taken payment. The call centre number doesn't work and there is no reply from the email contact. I think this might be a scam so beware

I am a Travel professional located in Jamaica, firstly it was so easy and affordable to purchase the travel insurance for my client traveling to Germany to visit her friends. She had some issues and had to change her travel dates last minute and the Insurte team was so accommodating and responsive to her needs. They told me exactly what they needed to review her situation and within 48 hours they assisted her with the changes. They responded to my emails instantly and they were very clear with their communication, i will definitely continue to work with them for all my client's Travel Insurance needs whether for going to the embassy's or for international travel.

How is anyone supposed to get hold of this company if they do not answer their phones during "office hours"? They made a mistake on my travel insurance document anr now it is being rejected. This is an absolute nightmare to try and contact them to change details!!!
