Acquistata una lavastoviglie i primi di aprile, ad oggi (26 luglio) non abbiamo né la lavastoviglie né il rimborso.
Chiamato spesso e volentieri il gentilissimo call center dice che aprirà una pratica, che si scusano, e sicuramente si faranno sentire loro.
Ovviamente abbiamo contattato un avvocato, piuttosto che lasciare 250€ a loro preferisco spenderli in spese legali.

The whole experience was a mess from start to finish. The process took over 4 months, during which I had to send multiple emails just to get basic updates. When they finally got back to me, they valued my phone far below what it was actually worth.
To make matters worse, after I questioned their valuation, they sent *1* email asking me to accept their terms or else, with no follow-up, no reminder. I happened to miss that one email since I was out of the country. By the time I checked back in after weeks of silence, they told me I’d missed the deadline and there was nothing they could do.
Totally unprofessional and deeply frustrating. Samsung should find a different provider for this service.

I just bought a OnePlus 13 and a Pad 3, trading in my Pad 2 for the extra guaranteed £50 off of the phone.
However, as they were giving you the higher spec phone for the price of the lower spec one, this was counted as a discount coupon and could not be used in conjunction with another coupon, which the extra trade in was classed as. This seems somewhat disingenuous for a start.
The trade in evaluation was reduced to the minimum on the Pad 2 upon receipt. A less than year old tablet with a couple of tiny scratches on it for £70? They're having a laugh.
So, I didn't get the bonus £50 off and they got a nearly new tablet for £70 (which I haven't actually received yet).
Oh, and they don't actually pay in £, but €, so it's actually going to be even less.

Compared with the Samsung trade in programme which pays significantly more (in exactly the same scenario) and takes the money off upfront this is very poor. Technically not a scam, but I can't help feeling that they stole my tablet from me for €70 instead of the €70 + £50 that I should have received.
I should have sold the tablet, along with the keyboard cover, locally. I would easily have at least doubled what I finally received.

Esta empresa son unos estafadores, tienen mi terminal desde el 9 de abril que lo envié por un plan renove de Samsung, ellos dicen que a los 60 días te harán el ingreso, me mandaron varios correos diciendo que el IBAN de mi banco no era correcto cuando no es asi! Y han pasado mas de los 60 dias y aparte de darte un precio inferior por el terminal se han quedado mi teléfono y mi dinero! Estafadores

J'ai eu affaire à cette compagnie dans le cadre de leur partenariat avec Samsung pour la reprise de mon ancien téléphone. Ils nont jamais effectué l'échange et j'ai du payer pour récupérer mon appareil. Le service client vous renvoie dans des procédures complexes et interminables. Aucune empathie client, très mauvaise expérience.

Never trust this company. HIgh offer on Oneplus Trade In - however always -50% and problems and problems. I haven't had a phone or money for three months.

Con i programmi trade-in in fase di acquisto di un prodotto nuovo restituisci il tuo usato che in base allo stato viene valutato e ricevi un rimborso.
Se questa operazione la fa Worldbusiness srl/mondoaffariweb anche un prodotto in ottimo stato viene classificato come usurato/scadente per rimborsare il meno possibile.
Comportamento poco serio e stupido, in considerazione del fatto che registrano il video con cui testimoniano lo stato del device.

PACCO ARRIVATO COME SE AVESSE VISSUTO UN BOMBARDAMENTO.
Ventilatore arrivato semi assemblato in maniera trasandata, con le quattro palette della ventola metalliche piegate e su 3 velocita' ne funziona solo una.
Uno schifo di venditore.

Entregue el dispositivo S20 Plus con todos los accesorios, me ofrecen 81€ acepto, pasan 60 dias, no pagan, pasan 70 dias tampoco, estaba a punto de olvidarme, como seguramente mucha gente también lo olvidará y tras pasados 5 meses hoy me ingresan el dinero pero tras volver a solicitarlo. Les exijo poner un reclamación por incumplimiento de contrato y no responden, mucho cuidado con estos estafadores de abuelas, pondré reclamación a la OCU para que los vigilen con lupa

Estafadores, les mandé el teléfono que lo valoraban en 90€ (cuando sabia que si lo vendía sacaría algo más) por comodidad y confianza en One Plus, pero esta gente luego me valora en 40€ el teléfono, que está en perfecto estado, y si no lo acepto tengo que pagar 27€ para que me lo envíen de vuelta, o gestionar yo con una agencia la recogida desde Italia.
Nunca más.

Same experience as everyone else, complete scam.

Was offered £65 for a OnePlus 9, then told I needed to ship it to this company in Italy.

They sent me back 3 photos, under intense white light and extremely close up showing some minor scratches on the side.

Literally all I was told was 'phone shows evidence of use', then they revised my offer to 12 euros. If I wasn't happy, I could decline the offer and get it shipped back to me for £27.

Complete scam - lure you in with a good price, value your item extremely poorly then make it too expensive to make it worth return shipping.

Truffatori mascherati da azienda leader del settore. Offrono prodotti a prezzi allettanti, salvo poi tenersi prodotti e denari. Un gentilissimo customer service, da buon specchio per le allodole, vi farà solo perdere tempo dando l'impressione che le vostre lamentele servano a qualcosa.
Una vergogna che aziende simili vengano lasciate aperte...

Acquisto una lavastoviglie grado a il 7.5.25 la quale dal primo giorno non ha mai funzionato contatto l assistenza tramite mail dopo 15gg mi contattano per sapere il problema mi dicono che mi chiameranno i tecnici a oggi sto ancora aspettando....

Ho comprato un iphone 12 promax grado A e devo fare i miei complimenti a mondoaffari web perche il telefono e veramente nuovo e funzionante al 100%e non riesco a capire le tante recensioni negative perche non e la prima volta che compro in questo negozio e sono rimasto sempre soddisfatto saro stato fortunato?

Same as everyone else. £90 valuation before sending phone to them then €40 after they discover damage which I'm certain wasn't there when I sent it.

Having bought 4 OnePlus phones now, there is no way I'll buy another one, if they have such little regard for their customers. Just not good enough to not take any responsibility.

just like many of the others, got sucked in with oneplus' high offer of a trade in, only for this company to then offer me a paltry €20. In the end had to pay a further €30 to have my device shipped back to me.
Mondo Affari is a refurb business that is only interested in obtaining brand new products that they can resell for good money.
They will purposely devalue any item sent to them so they can maximise resell profits. They do not even deserve 1 star.
When trying to speak to them you get jargon and generic responses.
