Beware, this Moneythumb "software" is a scam. It does not work as advertised and they will not refund your money. It is a waste of time and money.

Maybe my own misunderstanding as I was of the view that I am purchasing a product that can convert from PDF to csv, however it can only do conversions to OFX.

Be very careful reading the positives. This software is horrible and the customer service is worse. I cancelled, but they claimed I updated my card! I most certainly did not, but they got it from a updater service that provides updated expired cards. I’m fine with updater services but subscriptions or important auto drafts etc, but not for a company I cancelled last year. Refuse to refund my money, apparently $100 is too important. Also, the software didn’t work… very complicated to convert a PDF that my new MacBook now does without software.

This is a super inteligent software - very easy to use - Very good support - We will be lost with out.... Thank you ....

MoneyThumb's 2QBO Convert Pro was recommended by a man who uses it and whose opinion I take seriously. What I bought was pricey at $350 and I've used it 3 times in a year. It does work better each time I use it because I'm learning how to use it more with each use. The PDF+ addon feature must be renewed annually but it only cost $99. There is a lot of value in this product especially if used frequently (at least 12 times) in a year. As you hone your skills with it, it will prove to be a very smart choice.

Unlike the negative review from Gordon H, I read the documentation, followed the instructions, and even though my bank also does not support QuickBooks I was able to import statements from my bank using a trivial workaround. I think its an amazing product.

Their QfxToQbo software does NOT work as advertised. If the bank you are using does not pay for a QID with QuickBooks (such as US Bank), you will NOT be able to upload the QBO file that is created. Instead, you will get the following error:
YOU are trying to upload the web connect file with an account type that QuickBooks does not support. Please contact your Financial Institution for details.

I was skeptical about purchasing this and I had months of data that had to be converted from PNC BANK bc it is not user friendly with Quicken when it goes past a certain number of months. This program was easy to use and was a time saver and LIFESAVER!!!!

This is the best product for converting bank and credit card statements into web connect files for QBDT or QBO.

It is worth every penny!

I've used other, similar products. MoneyThumb's 2qbo Convert Pro with PDF+ is not only far less expensive but conspicuously more accurate, faster, and doesn't bog down other running programs. You don't need a bookkeeper if you use it. I'd give it ten stars if I could.

I can't believe I never knew this PDF converter even existed. It saves me so much time from having to manually input numbers from my bank statements to QuickBooks. Any time I have a question I send a note to the support team, and they're responsive.

I don't see what the hype is about. It tricks Quickbooks into thinking it is a bank download. You can do the same thing by uploading a CSV file. It didn't save me any time, just cost me more $$. You still have to push all the data from the "For Review" bucket into the GL. The vendor name is not automatically recognized.

I bought the 2qbo Convert Pro and FREAKIN' LOVE IT!!! I want to tell all my business peeps out there! This is AMAZING! I never knew this existing, and it will save me HOURS!

Moneythumb CSV2QBO for $59.95 didn't offer any additional features for me than imported a plain CSV file. The website was misleading. You can find a trial version to see if it will work before spending time & money.

I bought a package that converts pdf to csv. It just gave me another pdf unable to put into excel . will be requesting refund unless they reply .

An amazing experience with Money Thumb. The PDF Insights program does an super job and is really fast! Pricing is exceptionally low. I had a n issue that I reported to their support group and was dazzled by the turn around time to address it....immediate! Highly recommend them as a quality company that stands behind their product.

A great time saver at tax time!

I had not kept my QuickBooks accounts up to date and my bank would only let me download 3 months of data. With MoneyThumb I was able to take older PDF statements, and get everything into QuickBooks. Really like the way the converter reconciles the statement so I know it was correct, and that I can automatically get the payee names to match up with QuickBooks. Awesome program!

I just wanted to let evryone know that the support from MoneyThumb is fantastic. I encountered an issue with my Preview/Conversion when running the program where my Preview option would not come up and my QBO files were not being created either. This crippled my progress uploading converted PDF to QBO files into QBooks on-line.I had encountered a problem that hey had never seen, or heard of, before. It was quite a challenging issue. After trying various troubleshooting techniques, a manager conducted a remote session with me and was able to lead me to the issue. Recalling my days as a Customer Support Manager, I realize the difficulty and stress related to a problem that you know should NOT be happening and it's usually something weird that the user did. In this case, it was me. I put a "/" in my filtering options in the last Preview that worked for me and that was saved in a file. This entry in the file caused the program to "crash", every time, on subsequent runs. Using a log file and RegEdit,he was able to walk me through the lines that needed to be removed.
All support people involved were great. Very patient, professional, and responded quickly to my e-mails. I could not thank them enough as I absolutely love this conversion software.

Had to give 1 star in order to post this. I would rather give 0. I can't review this product because it won't download. The company has my money, and I have nothing.

This just happened minutes ago and hopefully they are working on it, But my point is, if download doesn't work, DON'T TAKE THE MONEY.
