We received an excellent and speedy service from The Montague Clinic. The team were very responsive and helpful with our queries. I would throughly recommend.

Three members of our family have now used The Montague Clinic for Covid Recovery Certificates. First class professional service with an easy to follow on line form to complete. Query via email was quickly resolved. The speedy issue of a certificate certainly helped with the stress levels!

Applied and got my certificate in an hour. Worked brilliantly and did not have any problems through immigration.

Great service all the way. Answered questions in advance very quickly. Covid recovery letter application was simple. Montague seemed to know the criteria that were specific to entering USA; some of the other sources I looked at were more generic and the timing would not have worked for us. Got the letter back almost immediately after applying. Needed a revision when the airline rejected our online upload of the letter. Montague replied very quickly with the necessary revision, and it was then accepted by the airline. Would definitely use them again.

It can be really difficult to navigate the changing requirements for international travel. The Montague clinic did the best job of explaining how to go about getting a COVID recovery certificate and answering questions I had about the technicalities. Submitting the information online was straightforward and I got my certificate quickly. Follow up answers to my questions were prompt and helpful. The only thing I'd suggest would be to add a note that the certificate will not upload to the Verifly app.

Needed covid recovery certificates for emigration reasons. Easy to give info, simple form to complete. Reasonable cost £65 each. Got Certificates back easy within the hour.
Great communication when they had an issue with evidence I provided, no delays with emailing back etc. would definitely use again if I ever needed too!

Super quick service. I had my certificate in less than 2 hours.
I bought my certificate for my trip to Thailand as an insurance in case I tested positive on arrival. I didn't need it in the end but I felt happier knowing I had a medical certificate to prove that I had recovered.

Easy to use, prompt response. Received a phone call quickly from a real person to discuss the application (as there was a problem with it), rather than just an automated message. Offered a refund if the service couldn’t help.

As the NHS app was not showing covid test or recovery, I needed a backup plan as my holiday was in two days, got a recovery certificate from the Montague clinic, and now I'm writing this from my hotel room and not at home,

Very happy with the professional and reassuring service provided by the Montague Clinic! Received my certificate in a matter of hours and was supported when I asked for a specific line on the certificate to verify the authenticity of my NHS walk-in centre PCR test as I was concerned this would raise questions at the airport. I used the certificate for travel to the US and everything went very smoothly.

Amazing service! I could rate any higher or recommend to anyone! We had recovered from a recent covid infection and traveling to USA. Had to use while at the airport as one member of the party failed the lft (but tested negative at home and was on day 18). Service was so quick we still caught our flight!

Just recovered from covid and flying to US next week. Contacted the Montague Clinic today and had a few questions around tests, proof of positive test, Document of Recovery and so on.

Really quick and helpful responses and an easy to complete online form. Within two hours I received an email with my document including ID, QR code, signed etc etc.

Obviously the final seal of approval will come next week when heading out of London.

Overall I can’t fault my initial interaction, responses from the clinic or the ease of which it was for me to provide my details.

If all goes well I’ll continue to use for other work trips.

Ordered a certificate of recovery and got it in my inbox within 2 hours. I made a mistake in the application which i emailed them about and they fixed the certificate accordingly with no issues. 100% recommend.

Was in Turkey and needed a COVID recovery certificate for travel to Australia. The Montague Clinic's service was simply excellent. It was so easy to submit the application, and I received my certificate in about 2 hours.

I think that the fact that the certificate looks so professional really helped when I had to show it at the airport when I checked in.

The Montague Clinic are amazing. They provided excellent guidance on my situation which was that I was recovering from COVID and needed to apply for a certificate to travel back to Australia. They were super fast in answering my questions, were clear and helpful in their responses. The whole interaction with Montague gave me confidence and took the stress out of applying for covid recovery certificate for travel.
