I received my wig few days ago. I am really happy with it and I think it is amazing.

My hair is currently growing back, and I expect it to fully grow in over the next several months. If that weren’t the case, I would place an order for another wig immediately because this is truly the best one I have had so far. I honestly regret not trying Moramode sooner.

The density is just right, just like my own hair, and the hairline looks great. I genuinely feel like no one could tell it’s a wig, and it has given me the freedom to feel like myself again.

I recently ordered and received my 3rd order / hair piece from Moramode so knew what to expect and as usual the hair I ordered was well packed and looked lovely. As a trans woman good hair gives me so much confidence and based on the compliments I get the majority of people cannot believe that it isn’t growing out of my head. They last a long time and usually order roughly every 18 months so I feel I get my moneys worth even if it is a big investment upfront.
The only negative I can comment is around the delivery time / communication. All of my orders have probably taken a bit longer than anticipated and have had to chase for an update but when then wigs come I instantly forget about this and admire the handiwork.

I do love these wigs and using them daily! The quality and the feeling is amazing therefore worth a little longer wait.
My last purchase hade some issues. My hair went on an little adventure… the fault was completely, and human, on DHL’s part. The customer service at Moramode were so helpful. Almost a daily contact, they kept me in the loop for every step and a much appreciated check in later on. I am not loving the wait but I highly recommend due to the quality and the great customer service. You can feel safe ordering from Moramode 🫶🏻

I have ordered may wigs from moramode. All have been great quality with amazing hairlines. I will continue to order from them. The only issues I have come across is the time it takes for orders to be dispatched but I have always received great quality wigs regardless

I am never dissapointed with MoraMode. I have Alopecia and I’ve ordered a couple wigs from MM because they are the most natural wigs I’ve ever owned. Definitely worth to try!

Worst experience I've ever had purchasing a wig. I decided to purchase a pop on modesty wig after seeing them on social media. When purchasing it stated quick dispatch but after a week and no update from the company I received reply that wigs were dispatched in 12 working days. Once I finally received the wig I was left utterly disappointed. It was boxed beautifully but once opened the strong, chemical smell hit. The hair is terrible quality, so thin at the bottom and bulky at the top and sheds terribly. Parting it was almost impossible and took a hot comb to even make it wearable when in the video it shows the model parting it easily. The return hairs are really prominent, and the lace, despite being sold as translucent is dark and not suitable for pale skin tones at all. I'm not sure what wig is in the videos but it isn't this one. I've purchased wigs at a quarter of the price that are better quality than this one.

After seller reply I should add that I've checked again and I still can't see where it states the lace is not suitable for pale skin tones. And yes while it may be an 'entry' level wig, it is certainly not cheap, the hair quality is terrible. It is still nothing like the model wore in the video. Doesn't even look like the same wig. I'm an experienced wig wearer, I own many wigs from high end to cheap wigs and this still stands as the worst wig I've ever purchased.

When I tell you that this unit takes me to another level, I mean it. I feel so confident wearing it. I’m officially a lifelong customer.

I was diagnosed with alopecia areata at the age of three, so I've had it almost my entire life. I'm 34 and have used wigs from various companies, but Moramode is the company that made my dream come true, especially the updo wig. I've always dreamed of a wig as perfect as Moramode's—one that would allow me to create a variety of hairstyles, ponytails, and updos, without anyone noticing I was wearing a wig. It's simply a wonderful illusion; many people wondered if my hair had grown back. The wait for a full lace order is quite long, about 60 business days, but it's truly worth it. They're the best wig company I've ever encountered. This definitely won't be my last order.

The team at moramode, in particular Angelica, are super helpful and friendly. They kept me updated regularly and were available for any queries I had. The wig itself is beautiful, lovely quality. I have bought a few wigs from moramode and will always go back. They rock!

I waited almost two months for my order. Throughout that time I was repeatedly told it would be arriving “soon” and that I would be kept updated — however, no updates were ever provided and I had to continuously chase via email and Instagram just to get a response.

Most recently, I was told to expect my order this week. When I contacted them today, I was informed that my order still isn’t complete. The listed contact phone number is not a real number and goes straight to voicemail, making it impossible to speak to anyone directly about what’s happening.

After all this time, I’ve now been told a refund will be issued as they can’t commit to completing my order. This has left me needing to reorder elsewhere after a very long wait.

Incredibly disappointing service. I won’t be ordering from MoraMode again and will be advising others in our community to avoid them too.

Sehr unzuverlässig! Nie wieder! Vor einem Monat das zweite Mal bestellt. Vier mal über whatsapp nachgefragt warum bei Bestellung "in Arbeit" steht. Immer wieder vertröstet.
Heute haben sie ohne weitere Info storniert und mich über WhatsApp geblockt.
Sehr schlechter Service. Ich bin froh dass ich über Klarna noch nicht zahlen musste.

Brilliant service and excellent quality. The customer service is fantastic and they go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. The hair itself is soft full and of very very high quality.
