This wig is GORGEOUS and worth all the money spent!!!! It took a **little** longer than expected to get here, but obviously they put in the necessary work and effort to create a beautiful wig. I am in love, thank you Moramode!!!

As someone with alopecia, finding a wig that looks natural and feels comfortable is so important — and this one is by far the most realistic I’ve ever had. I’ve had so many compliments and people are genuinely surprised when I mention it’s a wig. The quality of the hair is really good and the whole experience has given me such a confidence boost.

I've ordered and reviewed this company before (I have given a much higher rating in the past) as they have been my main wig provider the past few years.
The positives of this company are the lace is usually really great and the hair itself is very good and quality vs price has been the reason I've bought from them time and time again. Angelica who responds to emails, is really friendly and I feel tries to be as helpful as possible.

The low rating is based off of my most recent order which failed, from what the business stated is a system failure. The order was placed at the beginning of July and I used the klarna option to spread cost. I waited around 4 weeks, as it stated it can take upto 45 days to receive orders. I reached out to query my order status as Id accessed my klarna and noticed the status of the payment was pending which seemed unusual.
It takes days to get a response on order status (I understand they are most likely very busy). But then I get a notification from klarna that the order is cancelled. Nothing is sent via mora mode to notify me. I chase it again and am notified my order was not processed. Its odd my order was never processed but the cancellation occurred over a month later. Fine. Can I please get a replacement or a rush order or something, as I am a daily wig wearer for hairloss and this order was to replace a wig I desperately need replacing as its falling apart. Angelica was very helpful with trying to find alternatives but the alternatives were exceeding the value of my initial order, as the wigs were already made. The company stated they were not ready to compensate me to this degree (which i appreciate some were a £200+ higher cost to my initial order). Ive stated how important it is i get this sorted, as buying elsewhere could incur the same processing time and it will take me time to research as I've not really bought elsewhere.
Again I've not heard anything in days, despite my stated urgency.

Ive now had to buy elsewhere.
Its super frustrating following their socials and also seeing influencers I follow getting wigs from this brand and (yes its an assumption) but I cant imagine they'd get this service.

Things happen and systems fail, but the lack of real support or assistance or even notification of this failed order has really put me off this company.

Awesome customer service, answer quickly and ensures that the wig arrives safely. The quality of hair is amazing as well!

One star definitely for good customer service, especially with Angelica!

Slow service/transmission, yet good service that is very inconsistent.
Wig dispatch times are very long, so I thought the wigs were of high quality.

I ordered a wig and it smelled really bad.
I washed it several times and the smell did not go away.
The wig went really bad in four weeks and I had to throw it in the trash.
I contacted the shop and they promised to send a new one, but it took almost two months to send a new one.
The new wig was also of very poor quality (only found out when I put on the head).
The wig smelled bad again, but I thought for sure it would come off in the wash this time.
Unfortunately, it didn't.
It had broken hairs and they were really visible in use, unfortunately I only noticed them after washing the wig and putting it on.

Unfortunately, the wigs are of very poor quality for the price.
You can certainly get much better quality for less.

It would be nice to hear some really good experiences with synthetic wigs from others?
I had two bad ones.
Could it be a coincidence?

I also want to say that I am an experienced wig user and own several wigs from different companies.
Unfortunately, I have received the worst wigs here.
Expectations were high because of the advertising.

I am sorry, this is my opinion and my experience.

The shop asks me to send the FIRST wig back to them in original condition to get my money back... 😅 how do I do that? Go back in time?
But they knew the wig had been used. I couldn't have predicted that the smell wouldn't go away or that the wig wouldn't last 4 weeks longer despite proper care.

Of course, with the second wig, I thought the same could not happen! I can't say about the quality, but the smell is strong and there were a lot of broken hairs. I noticed the broken hair only after washing and told the shop.
They want this back in its original condition too.
I need to become a magician and fortune teller so I can go back in time or see into the future what the quality of the wig really is 🙈

For now, I'll have to settle for the fact that my money has been completely wasted.
I would gladly pay for wigs if the price and quality were right.

MORAMODE has been an amazing company to work with. The customer service is quite supportive. The workmanship of their products is excellent, thus the wigs I have purchased have been very beautiful. They look so natural, and the hair is silky and has a nice flow. I have had MORAMODE create my wigs for several years exclusively.

Order from them at least five times and the quality and customer service is amazing. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great wig

I recently used Moramode for the first time this month. I had a time crunch on the wig that I’d ordered and contacted them about how quickly it could be delivered. It was such a smooth and enjoyable experience. Customer service was on point. I ordered the Candy wig on the 3rd May and received it by the 17th May. Everyone I spoke to was so helpful - I’ll definitely be purchasing from them again.

I've gotten two wigs from Moramode, and I've been very happy with them both times! The length and fit have been perfect, and the quality is extremely good. I wear one of them daily, and it's still looking as healthy and realistic as when I first got it.

My only complaint is that I ordered wavy, and the hair straightened out after a few days, but you can't beat the look and feel of the real human hair.

I ordered from moramode on January 1st this year, as I have alopecia and wear a wig daily. I have been wearing wigs for the last few years and have purchased them at prices ranging from $60-1000. This was the most expensive wig I had purchased, so I was a bit nervous. Their customer care reached out to me after I had ordered, since I had chosen the option for lighter lace and it takes longer to make. They discussed all the options and informed me more about them, and I ended up deciding to go with the universal lace. The customer care team was so helpful, they always responded very quickly and gave me thorough updates and were just honestly so polite and helpful. I received my wig at the end of March and I was and still am SHOOK at the quality of this wig. The lace is invisible and the hairline is so realistic, it is like a work of art. I ordered Willow and the color was just like all of the pictures and the video on Instagram. The length is spot on, it was honestly longer and fuller than I had even expected! The hair is so soft, and after daily wear for about a month now it has maintained that softness. It does not shed at all, and does not get tangled like a lot of cheaper wigs do. It is comfortable and smelled like freshly shampooed hair right out of the package. I honestly can't stress enough how realistic this wig looks on, and how quality of a product it is. I HIGHLY recommend moramode to anyone looking for a good quality wig company, and will definitely continue ordering from them in the future.

I have alopecia universalis and I've been wearing wigs for 20 years and by far the Moramode wigs are the best, and I've tried a lot of different ones over the years, including a customised dermatitis. The last didnt even need to be trimmed before wear. They are so comfortable to wear. Definitely recommend.

The construction of the invisible lace wig I purchased is high quality at an affordable price. She arrived just as expected with the customizations I selected. She fits perfectly. I love the different size options for the wig cap, it helps make sure I get a perfect fit. I was expecting a 30 day wait for her to ship out (as per the website) but she took a little longer to ship out. After she did the shipping time was quick from UK to US. Overall a great experience, and I'll continue to purchase wigs from this company.

The costumer service was quick to respond and helpful, I received my purchased wig well within the given time frame. It looks amazing, true to colour, as shown by pictures on their site and on instagram, and the hair is super soft with a very realistic hairline! The cap also fits very well, I could not be happier.

I've purchased multiple wigs from Moramode. The quality of the wigs is fantastic. The wigs are beautifully designed and the lace is incredibly realistic. The wigs are comfortable and lightweight and when adjusted, sit naturally like real hair. Furthermore, the customer service is wonderful - very attentive and quick to respond. I highly recommend Moramode wigs. It has helped me feel like I have taken back some control when an autoimmune disease has left me with hardly any head hair.
