From meeting the designer to the completion of the work we have received first class service .The finished product is very good and the person who undertook the job is one of the best installers I have ever used. The after sales service to correct any problems is first class.

More Ability Passmores Excellent Ensuite
More Ability Passmores fitted an ensuite for us and they provided an excellent service. The Receptionist, Laura, and Kate, Customer Service Assistant, were very easy to speak to and very helpful. Gary, the designer, did a good job. Paul, our fitter, was brilliant - a wonderful worker. The work took 10 days to complete, Paul started early in the morning and had a plan for the whole day. Equally Craig, who dealt with any snagging issues, was great - very thorough and very helpful. We are extremely pleased with the result – the Ensuite is both practical and looks very stylish.

A huge thanks to our installer. He was smashing and extremely patient with my Mum. She was sad to see him leave bless her. We were delighted with his work and I personally am so grateful that Mum was in safe and kind hands.
The finished result is beautiful.

From the initial contact to the finished bathroom refurbishment Moreabilty kept me informed at all stages even when the original fitter became unavailable. As a result the installation started three days late and ran later. The refurbishment work was excellent and we are very pleased with the finished work. Paul, the fitter, did a superb job and kept us fully informed about the subbed electrical and flooring works.

Wet room installation
From the initial showroom visit and project discussions with Andy, through to final works inspection with Dave, the More Bathrooms team were all excellent. Special thanks to fitter Mario, and electrician Kirk, for their diligent work, done to a very high standard. Their technical input and suggestions were also very good when required. At all times work was done in a courteous and professional manner but always with the client in mind, much appreciated. We are very pleased with our new wet room area and would highly recommend More Bathrooms.

The walk in shower and the accompanying work in the bathroom installed by Dan is absolutely beautiful and of the highest quality . Nothing was ever too much for Dan , he is a true and highly skilled professional who is very polite friendly and approachable . Dan is very understanding of disabled people’s needs and will help with any questions you may have , Dan also took a lot of care in cleaning up . I would also like to praise the electrician for his help and kindness and the guy who took away all the rubbish who was also a great guy who took great care in his work .If you need to phone the company up about anything their customer service is top of the league and like Dan they are very friendly and understanding and will help you very quickly . Recently had a new shower room created and I was blown away by the end result-easy to use, practical and smart and bright looking. The planning then the staff involved all made this a worry free experience for me. No more struggling with an old bath and feeling that my disability is beating me! Life feels easier again-thank you

Excellent job
Recently had a new wet room completed to help with my husband’s mobility issues- it’s great, it’s made life so much easier and given him some of his independence back again.
Ash worked really hard for us to get it completed as quickly as possible and was really neat and tidy all the time. He was a pleasure to have in our house.
His colleagues Chris and Callum helped out brilliantly with other parts of the job that needed doing.

We have just had our bath removed and replaced by a shower tray to provide easier access to the shower and are very pleased with the result. Jarek who did the work was very pleasant, hard working and efficient and he always left the area tidy after each days work
