They sell on Amazon.
We bought a printer and on Amazon it says "running late" so we waited 4+ weeks before chasing it up.
They are trying to say it has been delivered due to either DHL stealing the printer or they delivered it to the wrong address.
Some guy Tony signed of it with a picture of his trainer and a concrete floor outside.
Zero help from these guys, avoid avoid avoid ! They would do anything to make a quick buck by the looks of it.

Only used this company once - but from my experience they have been excellent.
I needed a spare part for my Bother printer - the part arrived really quickly. It was well packaged, but unfortunately a small delicate part of it had got damaged in transit.
I contacted customer support, and within a few days a replacement part arrived, this time in perfect condition.
You can't ask for better service than that in my opinion. If there's been an issue (which of course happens from time to time) and it's resolved quickly and simply, then that's great service.

This review relates to a SanDisk CFast memory card advertised on Amazon UK.
The card was described as being brand new, in original packaging and unopened.
The item delivered was a used Adata card in what appeared to be a heavily used condition and no original packaging.
As this was not the product advertised and as there was a real risk of the card being corrupted or possibly embedded with malware, concerns were raised.
Within five minutes of the delivery being received the seller was contacted by message to request a full refund. A very prompt response was received offering a 50% refund to resolve the matter, which was immediately declined and again a full refund was requested.
This time the seller was not too quick to respond so two days later Amazon was contacted and made aware of the situation.... Amazon then contacted the seller on our behalf.
The seller made contact to offer free postage for return of the mis-sold item but did not make any reference to a refund... so was asked again about a full refund. The seller later came back to confirm a full refund would be issued upon their receiving the returned item and this has now been done.
Interestingly, the invoice stated the advertised SanDisk card had been supplied but no reference to the mis-sold product.
The tracking number assigned to this order indicated delivery by February 13th but was a tracking reference generated on October 18th and the history showed whatever the original order might have been it had been collected by a courier on October 18th.
My first and guaranteed last dealing with this company.
** I have received notification from TrustPilot to indicate the company I have reviewed believes it is not the company my review was intended for.
However, following the lead to their website reveals their address to be the address indicated on the invoice which accompanied the mis-sold memory card **
How might this be explained ?

Ordered a Ryzen 5 7600x CPU on the 25th January. Chose economy delivery (3 to 5 working days) as knew I wasn't available for a couple of days to receive deliveries. Despite this, delivery was attempted next day, then following day, afterwhich DPD returned item to MoreCoCo. Have emailed and phone 3 times now trying to get my refund. Being told someone would get back to me - they never did. Thankfully I ordered through Paypal, and have now had to raise a dispute through them - Terrible customer service!!! Will stick to Scan, CCL, Overclockers, Amazon & Ebuyer in future.

I bought a motherboard from them and it came faulty I sent it back to them in the exact condition and now they are refusing to give my refund bc they said its damaged and it voids the warrant, as if its my fault I also feel like they lied about its condition because they named a broken part I know for a fact was in working order AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

I placed an order on this website for a motherboard and RAM sticks.
At the time it didn't occur to me to check trust pilot however upon doing so I noticed that there were a few reviews against the motherboards.
My two items were packaged separately and I was given a tracking number for only one of them, meaning my memory sticks, were nowhere to be found.
I called the company who promptly answered and provided me with another tracking number. Regarding the quality of the items so far it's been only a day and I've had no issues with quality. The packaging seems brand new and the customer support, Brandon, told me to give them a call if there are any issues as I could be given a refund through that.

Absolutely terrible after sales service, bought a HP 107w printer, it would not connect to my wi fi, although I have full fibre with numerous over devices connected, asked for a replacement, so they sent me a link to HP which just involved downloading the HP start app which I already had.
Ever the optimist, I did net result same thing, going to local tip , dump it.
Just wasted nearly £200 pounds.
Now way are they ever going to admit they sold me a duff product

Received a motherboard for a Ryzen 9, so drop in processor, covered in scratches. Went through the rigmarole of trying it in a couple of new machines (unsurprisingly didn't work). Returned and have just received it back as damaged pins. Absolutely certain it's in the same state it was received. Ordered motherboards for the other machines from Amazon, good quality and no issues. Wonder if the one we've received was a previous return dressed up as new given the absolute mess of scratches etc. the back of the board was in.
